The driver was professional and courteous. The car was very nice. The corporate communication was awful. I had a flight delay due to a connection problem and had to be booked on a flight arriving 4 hours later than originally planned. The corporate support staff was none responsive until I got Viator support engaged. I was then charged an additional fee as the provider said the notice of change was too late. I am very disappointed and feel extremely overcharged. This is a cautionary tale to others fliers.
