The drivers are friendly, helpful. The Van is roomie. It feels like VIP service. I’ve used the service many times and it’s always consistently great.
Linda the driver is excellent However the van is almost inaccessible for older adults. The side door step is a couple of feet off the ground and the van is not equipped with a step or a stool to facilitate access. I am 88 years old and almost fell both getting in and getting out. My wife is 81 years old and had similar issues. We will never book a ride with this company again. The van is hazardous for older riders and needs to be modified to allow ready access
Absolutely horrible. Inaccurate description. They do not pick you up at baggage claim. You need to find them . It’s an unairc conditioned shuttle bus. Not private. You can get your own air conditioned ride for $120.00 from the airport versus $207.00 for this.
Do not book this transfer! We arrived at 9pm they did not show up! We waited for an hour no contact with the Company! Had to book a very expensive Uber and waisted so much time! Now 2 days later still no contact and no refund!
Wonderful experience. Driver met us at airport, loaded our luggage, and took us to our door. He was a careful driver and helped us in and out of the van. Much better than trying to navigate the airport and traffic. Also was very reasonable.
It was perfect. Only thing that I would say is make sure exactly know we’re to be picked up at. I didn’t understand it when she told me and I had to wait a little bit, but that was not the driver fault.
Our flight was delayed and change to different flight number. Called and changed pickup time to last flight of the evening. Driver was there waiting and let us know how to find him. Very friendly and no problems getting to our hotel. Highly recommend this service.
The Driver waited for us even though our bags were late getting off the plane. Very friendly and knowledgeable driver. He gave us some great vacation tips.
Although I entered our flight number and arrival time on the Viator booking form, there was no one to meet us when we arrived. When I called, they said they didn’t have any information about our arrival time. They also said they didn’t have a way to contact me, even though my email and mobile number were listed in my profile on the Viator app. So we had to wait about 30 minutes for pickup after I called. However the staff were nice. I would use them again but be sure to call them in advance to confirm pickup time.
