John was a great driver and tour guide. Our flight was late coming in from Heathrow, but John reached out via text and WhatsApp, and waited for us to arrive and collect our bags. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable with more than enough room for our family of four and eight bags. John gave us some history of Basel and pointed out places of interest along the route to our hotel. Overall, a great experience and easy arrival.

This was one of the easiest airport transfers that I have ever experienced. Our driver was excellent. He was there on time and helped us with our many bags. (There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group. Very easy to find him. He was right at the arrivals hall holding a sign. Very kind and courteous. Thank you so much! He told us about places to visit in Basel and explained some history about the city.
