- Before starting the tour, you will be asked to provide your credit card for a security deposit of €900 per Vespa. Please note that only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- You have to provide your International Driving Licence and Passport (Identity Card is only accepted if you are a EU Citizen)
- We suggest to wear comfortable shoes
- International driving license is required for participants from the following world areas: Middle East and Arab countries, Africa and North Africa, China, India, South America, Eastern Europe.
- the Vespa supplier reserves the right at his or her absolute discretion to do not delivery the vehicle to any rider who is unable to ride the Vespa safely. In such a case no refund will be due
- Each Vespa is suitable for 2 people. The booking is per vehicle, it means that per each booking one Vespa is provided. For the exclusivity of the vehicle, choose the option "Single Vespa only driver". Otherwise, the Vespa will be shared by driver and passenger, therefore to share a Vespa with a companion, book for two people.

I would suggest you get there 1/2 hour before tour as you need to download app and go through paperwork. Vespa was in good condition and very easy to drive. We would have wished we took a bit more time planning our route as wanted to see I bit more of Tuscan country side instead it felt like we were more in the city

We had an amazing experience riding electric bikes through this company. We enjoyed the independent tour with the gps guide and we were able to visit a lot of great places. The local products was included with wine and a big charcuterie board it was all wonderful.

We took the train in from Florence and the pick up location was a 10 min walk. Easy breezy … We had 4 hours on our own. Great lunch spot but only meats and cheese. The wine was amazing and you can order additional food at a cost. Driving in Europe is different from the states, drivers are aggressive so you must be comfortable driving the scooters. Overall great experience.

What a great experience!! The Vespas are pretty easy to operate buy if you're going tandem, my wife had a little trouble getting going with me on the back (I'm pretty dense at 5'9" & 210 lbs while she is 5'1" & 130 lbs) so I let her take it by herself and go around the block, pick me back up and I took us from there. They have a built in map for their tour but if you make the wrong turn, it will not help you get back on track so I suggest just plugging in each POI into Google Maps and following Google Maps. I also recommend following the guide and POI suggestions as it takes you to some absolutely beautiful views of Florence. I will say my wife is pretty strong and am avid weightlifter so if the weight difference between you and your partner is large and you want to split time driving, just get 2 Vespas.

We rented these vespa while traveling and spending some time in Italy. The women at the shop couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. We did a self guided to work which was nice and PS directions were a little confusing, but other than that the experience was wonderful.

It was fun and Nadia was very nice and helpful. The only thing we had a problem with was the meeting point. I was only given a street name and not a number. We had a hard time finding the exact location of the meet. The ride was easy and the views were beautiful. The last stop at B station was great and everything was delicious. I would recommend E-Dway for Vespa tours

Additionally, we have made it clear on Viator's web page that this particular tour is suitable for Advanced Drivers, requiring prior experience driving a Scooter or Vespa. Regarding your difficulty in reaching us, we find this surprising as our team is dedicated to assisting customers promptly and efficiently. The manager was extremely helpful. Be careful because the gos route guide may run down phone battery before getting back. Multiple drivers should use one phone at a time

We had a good time on this eVespa self drive tour and saw some wonderful views despite the rain. Sadly, we were unable to download the tour onto our phones but Ovidiu took the time to help us put in the various locations onto Google maps and even gave us his direct number in case we needed any help. We didn't take part in any food tasting as I didn't recieve any information regarding location or reservation timings from the restaurant where this takes place. This was a disappointment as we had paid for it as part of the experience. Despite the issue with the restaurant we had an enjoyable time and would recommed this experience. Ovidiu was great to speak to and was very professional. If you book this experience and you haven't heard from the restaurant it would be a good idea to get in touch with them ahead of your scheduled tour.
