The massage itself was good but the experience around the massage was not. I had booked our massages in advance so when I walked in, I gave my name and they confirmed that I'd booked the aromatherapy massage (which is one of their cheaper offerings but still pricier than many of the other places in town). Then they sat us down and started pressuring us to upgrade or add something else. My husband and I were each given a menu of options but we decided to stick with what we booked. The receptionist was visibly agitated. After that, there were a few strange things with the massage that I probably wouldn't bother to mention if the receptionist hadn't been so pushy. Things like: the satin shorts they told me to change into were clearly made for a large man, not a woman. They were falling off and I had to hold them up as I made my way to the foot bath and then the table. Also, my husband and I both agree that we noticed no actual aromatherapy. If the oil they used was scented, we couldn't smell it. Overall, you'll have an enjoyable massage in nice facilities but just expect them to try for an upsell...
