Description

Originally from the region, I would make you discover the most beautiful places in the Alpilles in an exclusively private tour. You will start with a walking tour of the ancient city of Arles and its Roman monuments that have passed through time, the famous amphitheatre, the ancient theater.. You will then follow in the footsteps of the famous painter Vincent Van Gogh, who spent a long time in the city of Arles, and who painted many paintings there. You will visit the hospital where he was treated, the cafe where he had his habits... You will then go to the pretty village of Saint Remy de Provence. You will have free time to have lunch there. We will then go to the "Moulin Castelas", a magnificent olive grove, where you can taste local olive oil. Finally, you will end the day with the beautiful village perched on the Provence leases. You can stroll through its picturesque little streets, and admire the view of the surrounding limestone cliffs.

Incredible Provence Tour with Tony

Tony took us on an unforgettable trip to the three cities of Arles, Saint Remy, and Beaux de Provence. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He provides an incredible tour experience and provides insider tips on how to see each city. Our favorite was Beaux de Provence which was a medieval city built into stones overlooking the Southern France. Tony also took us an olive oil tasting in between cities which was a fantastic experience. Ryan Rodrigues

Thank you again Tony for this wonderful day

We loved the tour of the city of Arles. Our guide, Tony, took us in the footsteps of the famous painter Vincent Van Gogh. We were able to see the place where he painted the famous painting "Starry Night," his home, and the hospital where he was treated. It was truly enriching. The city of Arles also has a rich Roman history, with many monuments to see. We then went to the beautiful village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where we enjoyed some shopping and lunch. To finish the day, we visited the incredible hilltop village of Les Baux-de-Provence, with its incredible view of the surrounding quarries. On the way back, our guide, Tony, stopped at an olive grove, and we were able to taste different local olive oils, a great gift idea for our loved ones. Everything was great, Tony knows his region perfectly. He drives carefully. We'll be back!
