Customers arriving on cruise ships will be picked up at the Argostoli Port. Staff holding 'Kefalonia Sightseeing' signs will be waiting at the Argostoli Cruise Ship Terminal. Tourists vacationing in Kefalonia can benefit from a pick-up service available at specified hotels or designated meeting points. Please note that pick-up times from hotels or meeting points located further from Argostoli may add to the scheduled tour duration.

Memi was our tour guide. She was great and very nice and most of the things that were not great were out of her control. The caves are beautiful and well worth seeing. But the vast majority of the tour was driving or standing in line. For us, the day was not great. The island was very busy and we had to wait in line in the sweltering sun for nearly 2 hours for the 10 minute boat trip into the cave. It was a great 10 minutes but with the travel times and waiting, we never made it to the wine tasting. Also, out of all the tour guide operating companies I dealt with in through Viator while Greece, this one was by far the worst for communication. We were standing outside the terminal right in front of the group and didn’t realize it because I was never told what to look for. The name of the company on the sign she was holding did not match the name of the company on the booking details. I was never told who to look for. Thankfully I did receive a message as I was waiting that was able to direct me to the guide but could have been a lot easier if I had known ahead of time exactly what to look for. Also, it was a very hot day. The AC on the bus was practically nonexistent. It was on, but it wasn’t working very well. The island of Kefalonia was my favorite island we visited on our cruise, but this was not my favorite day. I think this company has some logistical challenges they need to work on.

Regarding the wine tasting, the extended wait times at the cave unfortunately impacted the day's schedule. We were supposed to have 4 stops on the tour. Because there were 3 cruise ships, one stop took longer than expected and we didn’t get to finish with the wine tasting which is what I wanted out of the tour. The guide and driver did their best and it’s not their fault for the 3 stars. It was just a mess. We didn’t even make it back in time to visit the stores which was disappointing as well.

We enjoyed this tour very much. We were a group of 8 which was nice because we could move very quickly. Our guide Katrina was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and just a delight to be with.

Guide Katerina was waiting for us right outside the terminal. Not a very large group…just right! She was extremely informative about the island and its history and culture. Very attentive making sure we were all doing good and enjoying ourselves. She was one of the nicest guides we had on our trip. Bus driver was excellent too. Highly recommend!

The lines were too long. Tour guide should have timed our arrival. Both caves are not very big. Tor guide could have been better.

We waited for two hours for this tour of the ship and bus didn’t turn up. We were devastating, later finding out they changed the meeting time 24 hours before and we didn’t have internet to our email. And didn’t know. And when we demanded a refund. They said no. We are so furious.

Katerina was an our awesome guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about this wonderful Greek port.. Unfortunately, we did not get to visit our second cave location due to crowds. But overall, we enjoyed the tour and love the Drogarati caves.

We had the BEST experience. Our tour guide was Katarina. Not only did she bring us to and from each location with optimal time, she was so, SO knowledgeable. I felt like she took us through time and gave us a great foundation on the town and its history. I’d highly recommend booking this tour if you’d like an informative, engaging experience! Not to mention the beauty of the Melissani Cave was breathtaking. We are grateful for our experience!
