You will be picked up from your hotel at 6pm and transported by Tuk Tuk to the Amazon Restaurant where you will enjoy your night with dinner and Khmer classical dance show. You will then have a buffet dinner with many different Khmer/Cambodian food options, including classic Amok Cambodian curry and Khmer BBQ. Once you are seated, the Apsara show will begin. This is a truly, purely Cambodian atmosphere. The show offers the widest variety of religious and performances. This is a great chance for you to learn more about Cambodia rich long culture with other partners from over the world. After the show, you will be transported back to your hotel.

We were seated for a delicious Cambodian dinner beforehand and then saw 5 different dances over the course of an hour. The performance space is gorgeous and really adds to the experience. A great way to spend an evening in Siem Reap!

To be avoided unless you live in Siem Reap and are happy to sit on the floor. Make it absolutely impossible to reserve table expecting you to book even when they know one of your party can not sit on floor. It appears they expect patrons to turn up with no guarantee. They do have tables but suspect they are not prepared to reserve for locals in case large coach party arrives and are considered more important. Crazy policy and don’t deserve local custom. Obviously just a tourist trap and uninterested in locals during high season. Absolutely pathetic policy and should be avoided.

Enjoyed this traditional Apsara dance show with a buffet dinner. Apparently some of the friezes in Angkor Wat temples depict the Apsara dance. The buffet was decent, considering the scale of the cooking - the venue (not air conditioned but it was a comfortable temperature) seats up to 1,000 people we were told - and the dishes never ran out. Huge variety of Cambodian dishes and desserts. Worth visiting.
The food is not very good but above all we see nothing and even if we advance the hard show a few moments and I do not find it worth spending.
