We had so much fun! The baking portion was fun and well organized and we loved that they moved the tables so we could eat all together.
This is my second time doing this cooking class. I loved it so much last year I wanted to bring my 28 year old son who also loved it. The instructor was articulate and enthusiastic. He explained every aspect and our pretzel and strudel came out perfectly. The gulash soup was also delicious. I would highly recommend this activity to all age groups...
It was amazing! The class itself was great, the instructors were very thorough and hands on. It was a comfortable intimate environment. The food was delicious afterward! I brought my son to Germany on as a graduation present and we wanted to spend a few days in Austria. This was perfect as we wanted something food related, not beer related. It was excellent, I highly recommend.
The 2 girls were very helpful & first showed us how to make the streudel. After that it was our turn & it was a lot of fun! Next we made the pretzels. We were served soup & our finished baked goods which were delicious!
Great fun and very educational. Learnt practical tips for cooking these dishes and shown how it not that hard to obtain good results if you are shown how
A fantastic activity to do! Very well organized, entertaining and delicious. It happened to be raining the day we booked it, so it was a great way to experience Austria food and get out if the rain.
Class was a fun, hands-on, cultural experience. The teacher & assistant did demos & then visited each table to offer additional help. The results were delicious! We did not actually make the dough, but were given a demo for that, plus link for recipies, to try at home. Teachers were friendly, easy to understand, & brought a sense of fun to the experience. I would do it again & highly recommend!
What a fun experience! We loved it. There was about 15 in our class and it last 1 1/2 hrs. We made Apfelstrudel and Nockerl. While it was cooking we were served Beef Goulash for lunch and it was delicious and so were our desserts. I would highly recommend while in Salzburg and the kitchen is in a cave making it an even more cool experience. Wear comfy shoes to stand in.
It was lots of fun and easier than I expected! The instruction was easy to follow, especially after a demonstration. The lunch was great and we all enjoyed the fruits of our labor
We had a lot of fun and Jimmy was great. Cool little spot and great atmosphere. They have several options.
