Antwerp Pub Crawl

Description
We stroll through the old town and visit historic pubs. It is also possible to start in a taproom of a brewery (Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie). Belgian beer is of obvious interest, but there are other local drinks to discover. Are you ready to explore? What is the secret to the brewing of such a good beer? And various styles: hoppy, sour and fruity, and mildly sweet. It's an unexpected conclusion. Listen, walk and taste. To stimulate your curiosity, the following are a few peculiar but facts. Thanks to the French Revolution, we can enjoy Trappist beer from Westmalle! Thanks to the losers of the local elections, Belgium has a wide range of high-quality beers! In each pub, we try something different. Advice will be given by the guide and pub owner in each case. But the choice is yours! Please note that at each pub visit, the customer (group or individual) treats the guide to a drink.

Flip is fantastic, very personable and entertaining; he is full of great stories and information. As a former bar owner in the city he knows the area and bars well, each has a fascinating history. I highly recommend this tour, it is a great time with friends.
We had a private tour and the 3 of us had a great time with Flip, learning about Belgian beer and local beer history.
Our guide Philippe was very knowledgeable and fun. We went to fun pubs and got some really good Belgium beer.
I’m glad to hear you had a good time. Thank you for your message.
My husband and I met with Flip. He was a very kind and pleasant man. Very eager to learn more about the types of beers we enjoyed and made thoughtful suggestions on the types of Belgium beers we should try. The selections were incredible. I highly recommend booking a tour with Flip if you are not only interested in drinking beer but learning about the rich history on which it came from.
Great and amazing guide! friendly, intelligent and a lot background informa about the historical Belgium beer culture.
Thanks, Artur, I hope that you had a great weekend in Antwerp
Flip forgot more about beer than we'll ever know. He was awesome and extremely engaging. He made certain we had a great time
This response encourages me to improve even more.

Thank you, and these comments give me the strength to keep going.
Flip is the best! He knows how to combine Beer with History! Did a fun tour with a lot of information!
We were surprised that we were the only two people on the tour since the photo showed a big group of people. But that turned out to be great luck as Flip was able to customize where we went, what we saw, the beers we had, the stories and history he told. He knows so much about the history of Belgium beer and the history of Antwerp in particular. He took us to three spots that I don't think we'd have found on our own. He was very informative and entertaining! We had a great time.
Flip was great. He has a deep knowledge about Belgian beer and pubs. Just as importantly, his local knowledge of Antwerp is a 10 out of 10. His enthusiasm is contagious. I highly recommend him as a guide. Fritz in the USA
