I booked this as I didint know what time I would arrive in Antwerp. I ended up not using the guide - as I could not figure out how to access it on the day! It was more useful to access a few of the other options at the square.
On the day of your booking you received an email and a message through WhatsApp/SMS with clear instructions: download the app, activate it by clicking the link in the message. That's it. So instead of reaching out to us when you tried to activate, you decided to leave a 1 star review for a service you didn't use... Please get in touch, we are not happy unless you are and we wil find a way to solve this for you.
Very extensive tour. Very educational. Nice to get to places where you would normally walk past. Earphones are useful but not necessarily necessary. Can also be done via speaker of the phone. Put on nice walking shoes. In between you can decide for yourself to eat or shop. We divided the tour over 2 days. Very nice to do in the evening with all the lighting on the old buildings. Unfortunately, most of them are closed.
