Pickup Locations & Times
This is a round-trip transfer between the Antigua airport and your hotel. It is a non-stop transfer. There is no stopping at other resorts. On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, our representative will be waiting to greet you. Your confirmation document will detail the meeting point instructions. For Departure, customers will have detailed instructions on their confirmation document. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

Fast track was not needed at the time of my arrival, but we wanted to have it just in case. It was a bit unorganized, and some people that got off the plane behind us actually made it through customs faster without fast track. The car that picked us up at the airport was nothing like what was pictured and had a constant beeping that could not be turned off. It was the ABS failure warning and was worse than a seat belt chime, but also non stop for the 45 minute trip - pretty annoying after a long day of travel. Driver was professional and friendly. Return trip to airport was very good.
Super quick process on arrival and great communication at all times, and both drivers were professional. The previous trip to Antigua was really frustrating as it took an hour to clear immigration and customs, then finding car and driver (booked through BA) and traffic to Galley Bay took another hour and a half, but this time we were at the resort within an hour of arriving at the terminal. If you’re looking to get a great start to your holiday I can highly recommend.

So worth it. Friendly, fast and we breeze right through! The young lady was very informative and brought right to our car. The driver was so kind and nice to chat with!

We were met shortly after departing our plane and were excorted through customs and directly to our transportation. Our driver was friendly and curtious. It was a great experience that I would do again.

We didn't go through the fast track line
It takes the stress out of arrival for immigration and customs. The representative that met us was very helpful, and had a very pleasant disposition.

Not worth the money unless another plane arrives at the same time and they migration gets backed up. The website suggests a luxury car and we had a minivan to and an old Lexus from. The cost of a regular taxi was $40 bucks each way. With that said it is hard to justify $200 for saving 5 minutes at immigration. Again we may have hit at a good time but I would role the dice for $200.
Not sure what the point of the VIP experience was. We got off the plane and was given a card which we showed to the immigration official. We were put in the same line as everybody else and never met anybody from the VIP experience again until we were outside the terminal. No assistance, waiting for bags or working our way through customs. Once we got into the vehicle, everything was normal after that. Ride was great, No complaints about the ride, the upgrade was a waste of time and money.
The taxi from the airport was excellent, as was the return journey from our resort. Very comfortable, clean cars with friendly drivers. I would certainly book an airport transfer with Eagle Tours again. However I would not book the fast track again. When we landed there were hardly any queues in Immigration. We were met off the plane but only pointed in the general direction of where to go. There was no clear signage & although we did eventually find the fast track queue, it wasn`t any quicker than the normal queue nor was customs any quicker. We were not escorted through any of the airport( except to find our car outside the airport terminal) & did not get any preferential treatment by customs staff. Maybe it was our early afternoon arrival time, but fast track was certainly not worth it on this occasion.
