Discover Antibes in a different way with a gourmet walking tour combining local culture, authentic encounters, and tastings of carefully selected local products. Located just minutes from Cannes, this experience offers a more intimate and authentic alternative to the busy Riviera scene. Led by a local guide who grew up in Antibes, each stop invites you to taste, smell, and feel the Mediterranean lifestyle. You’ll meet passionate artisans, explore lively markets, and discover hidden spots known only to locals. Stroll between the sea and historic streets while enjoying stories, anecdotes, and regional flavors. From a “secret” drink to a sweet treat and a dish prepared in a local restaurant, this tour reveals the true taste of Antibes. A small-group experience ensures a warm atmosphere and personalized attention. Information: A minimum of 2 participants is required. If the minimum is not reached, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
Tour Options
Itinerary
During the tour, we'll take the Promenade des Remparts, from where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the famous Port Vauban, one of Europe's largest marinas.
We'll make our way through the colorful and flavorful Provencal market, stopping to sample a secret drink with typically Mediterranean aromas, followed by a Provencal specialty: socca or pissaladière.
We'll pass through a discreet and surprising place... a nod to the local know-how around saffron.
We'll stop off at a local restaurant to enjoy a dish prepared with fresh local produce, a true tribute to Mediterranean cuisine.
End the tour with a sweet treat: cookies or pastries from the South of France.

This was more than a food tour…it was a cultural experience! The tastings were all terrific and the lunch was outstanding. Vanessa, a real local who grew up in the neighborhood had so much interesting information about the town. I saw what I would consider all of Old Antibes, through the eyes of a local. It was a walking tour and a food tour all in one! Vanessa is charming, knowledgeable and will be patient with all those who want to practice their French…-an extra bonus!

Vanessa knows Antibes and its history very well. We got to see so many beautiful areas in the city and ate delicious food at places we would not have found on our own. She provides a well thought out tour, and is friendly and easy to chat with. Loved this tour and highly recommend it as a way to "meet" Antibes for a first-time visitor as well as for those who are familiar with Antibes already. We've spent a lot of time here and still learned a lot and discovered some amazing new places!
