Ginza is a scam. I booked a specific cable car tour (you can see from the picture and title!). Instead, they put me on a different tour than the one I paid for. When I inquired about resolving the problem, they immediately rejected my request. Avoid at all costs.
GINZA TRAVEL PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE A FOOL OUT YOU THERE STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE VERY EVER GO.FOR THEM AND TRUST THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS BUT THEIFS
Our Guide Mr.Ekram was a very knowledgeable, humble and cordial guy. He explained the things very well. He was interested in delivering us the pool of knowledge all he had. He was very helpful. This excursion was tremendous with star of the show being Olympus Cable Car ride at the elevation of 2365 meter leaving us among everything snow capped. Boat ride in the end was pleasing and gave a smooth and memorable finish to this fabulous excursion. I recommend everyone to undertake this excursion while being in Antalya.
To be honest, it was very poor. My family and I are very simply people who don’t need a lot but from miscommunication of booking to the tour, it is something I would never suggest to anyone - the coach bus that took us to the bigger bus had no AC. A child was throwing up on it and still the driver didn’t turn on the AC - Each location we went to we felt like we had to run. It was SOO rushed. But somehow the day takes nearly 10 hours. For example the pickup from the hotel was at 930am. We got to the first stop which was the cable car at nearly 11am. We were given 45 minutes for the time at the mountain however there is a long wait to go up. Ultimately you spend about half an hour or less to explore. We then went to Dinoland which we had eat as quick as humanly possible and then had maybe 15 minutes to allow our kids to explore - the pictures of Duden falls are completely misleading. We never got taken close to it. We only viewed it from the top and even if we wanted to pay more to go lower, we wouldn’t have time - the city tour was completely rushed. Our guide just told us one sentence at two different places. You spend maybe 10 minutes at hadrians gate but 20 minutes at their partner shops - the tour was basically us sitting in a bus for most of the day and each time we got somewhere we would just have to rush it without any enjoyment - even our tour guide looked completely exhausted and not interested. She was so disengaged and we stopped listening to her - the group had over 20 people and for that it took us a long time to get the group ready and so much time was wasted - IMPORTANT about “free under 4” none of the kids got food which all the parents were shocked about. Nothing on the website said this. What kind of parents would choose “free for kids under 4” if we knew for 10.5 hour day they would not get food.
Amazing experience. Offered upstaged cable car due to faults with the current one. Only down issue is with Viator app as was expecting the Boat tour to br included (which wasn't later when booked but out tour guide was amazing
Guid was excellent and knowledgeable Would recommend to all Cable car view was tremendous Pick up from hotel and drop off was good with regular updates
We had a wonderful experience. Everything was well planned. Excellent service from the staff. Overall a great trip.
This was a great trip . Kerem our tour guide was lovely his English is great . He is very knowledgeable , professional and also friendly . We packed loads in for the price this is a great day out . We booked for the city tour and a boat ride . Some people on the bus had booked for the cable car when we got there we decided to pay the extra cost to go on it . That was money well spent . It was amazing snow on top of the mountain . Even without this it was very good value as besides visiting the old town and going on the boat we visited 2 waterfalls . Lunch was lovely probably the best I have had on a day trip . All in all would definitely recommend this trip with this company
We saw so many amazing sights, we couldn’t do ourselves. The cable car up the mountain was awesome, even though the top of the snow capped mountain was in clouds. The smaller cable car was in repair, so we were able to go on the bigger, higher car. Thank you for that great substitution. We had a very good lunch. Then drove to old town. It was so interesting, would have loved to shop, but would be impossible to keep the group together. It was quite beautiful. We saw Haidrians gate at the end. It was a lot of walking, down hilly little streets, then up a bunch of stairs. Well worth it. The boat ride along the coast was amazing , so beautiful. Then we saw Darden Falls, very impressive and beautiful. Aeton was a wonderful tour guide, so informative on all the Turkish history. We learned a lot about all we experienced. He is very kind, and helpful. Ghengo was a great driver, I don’t know how he was able to maneuver that bus through the narrow streets. It was kind of a long day, lot of driving, but we really enjoyed seeing the sights of Antalya.
It was an entire day that was properly planned. The tour guide who is a gentlemen (can't spell his name) was amazing. He knew all the history of Antalya and was able to provide us with those interesting and historical data. They will pick up at your hotel. THE CABLE CART WAS AMAZING YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS, the view was perfect and the topography of the land was an awwwww. We then went to the Waterfall, oh my gosh, the scenery was to die for. This was beauty at its best and you can take a zip-line over the river . LUNCH IS INCLUDED IN THE FEE , the turkish pizza I had was superb!!! We then tour the old city, this was very interesting. I learnt a pot from my tour guide who SPEAKS VERY GOOD ENGLISH! We also did the boat ride, YOU HAVE TO DO THIS! You see the entire city view of Antalya from the sea. The coastal landforms was just what I needed to see as I sail away on the boat.. You also get time to shop ☺️☺️. This was the BEST DAY OF MY TRIP to ANTALYA! BOOK YOURS TODAY!!
