A Natural Oasis: Upper Düden Waterfalls On our Antalya City Tour, we'll visit the beautiful Upper Düden Waterfalls. While our tour once included the Tünektepe Cable Car, it is currently closed. As a great alternative, this natural oasis offers a wonderful escape from the city. Here, you can walk through the serene park, marvel at the powerful cascade of water, and discover hidden caves behind the falls. The lush, green surroundings and the sounds of the rushing water provide a refreshing and tranquil experience, offering a perfect opportunity for amazing photos and a peaceful moment in nature.
After the falls, your tour steps back in time in Kaleiçi, Antalya’s historic core. Enclosed by ancient Roman and Byzantine walls, this "inner castle" is a delightful, history-rich maze. What You Will See & Do Wander Cobblestone Streets: Get lost in the labyrinth of narrow, winding cobblestone streets lined with beautifully restored Ottoman-era houses. Their red-tiled roofs and wooden balconies offer a glimpse into centuries past. Iconic Landmarks: Pass under the magnificent Hadrian's Gate (a Roman triumphal arch from 130 AD) and see the iconic Yivli Minaret (Fluted Minaret), a symbol of the city. --- Due to a tragic accident that occurred on April 12, 2024, the Tünektepe cable car is currently closed. As a result, we will be visiting the beautiful **Upper Düden Waterfalls** as an alternative on this tour.

Pickup Locations & Times
The final pickup time will be given one day before the Excursion. You can specify your own pick-up points such as Hotel - Address - Meeting Point for the pick-up service. We have a pick-up service from all over Antalya, Konyaaltı, Lara, Kundu and Belek. Attention: Since it is not allowed to enter the Antalya Old Town (Kaleiçi) area by minibus. You will be notified of the pickup location and time the day before the tour starts.

I wanted to post this so others don’t get scammed. We booked this trip specifically due to the fact it was 3-4hr. We paid more for this but we didn’t want to spend a whole day doing a trip. The trip was 10 hours in the end! We got picked up at 9am and back at 7pm. We asked if we could go back early and explained we weren’t on a whole day trip, we were told no. We felt like we had been kidnapped. The morning consisted of spending an hour being locked in a jewellery sales shop with assistants hounding us for sales then another hour in exactly the same predicament in a leather shop with people trying to sell us their products. We did see the waterfalls and have a very short tour in Antalya. We were dropped in a shopping bizarre in Antalya (I think beside the tour guides friends shops), where we spent another hour. There was an option to go on a boat trip for €10 extra per person. We said we would rather get back to the hotel as we had dinner reservations at 7pm but were told no and if we didn’t want to go on the boat we had to just wait on those that did. The trip also states ‘small group’. We were a group of 50 people. We have asked for a refund as the longer trip is actually way cheaper than the shorter one but have just been told No. Please dont book this if you want a short trip!

Yusuf was the perfect guide for this trip. He told us everything about the places we went to - which were fabulous. We saw two waterfalls, the coast, the old town and much more. Along with that, he gave us insights on his life in Türkiye, the traditions and history of the country - he is a well informed guy. For lunch he took us to a köfte-restaurant, which was well-known among the locals. Also be prepared for many cats during the tour! Would absolutely recommend if you want to get a good impression of Antalya during your stay.

We will remember a dedicated, warm and knowledgeable tour guide. Diverse nature, many beaches, a picturesque old town and impressive waterfalls. Conclusion: Thumbs up and five stars. A little tip: Bring cash in Euros. There are plenty of opportunities for tipping and shopping.

Had a fantastic time with Yusuf, our very knowledgeable driver/guide. We visited Antalya, Durden Falls, Hadrians Gate & Antalya Old Town on the 6th August.
