Big scam! First, we chose this agency because it was advertised as having a French audio guide, which we never received. In the program, we were supposed to see a leather factory, but we ended up in a warehouse filled with fake stone jewelry. The meal included nothing, not even the appetizer, dessert, or drinks; we received a cheap skewer with rice in a shabby restaurant filled with huge cockroaches in the bathroom, but it doesn't stop there. The bus had a broken air conditioning, and they made us change buses at every stop, so with two children and strollers, it was not relaxing at all, not to mention the driver's reckless driving, who almost left with my son on the bus while we were outside unloading everything! The cruise MDR is a pathetic private boat that arrived after us on a scooter with the smell of cigarettes, I can't even tell you, and surely nothing is up to standard, a disgrace! And the famous visit to old Antalya, the reason we chose this excursion, well we had to follow the guide who was not French without an audio guide at a complicated pace with children, but above all, no free time, so we made 3 stops where he wanted to talk to us about restaurants that we didn't care about, but we couldn't even wander through the alleys as indicated; instead, they dropped us off at the end of the day in a kind of totally touristy souk with only knockoffs for 1 hour. Oh yes, and I almost forgot, excursions confirmed the day before at 9 PM, we were told that the excursion could not take place, it had to be rescheduled, which was impossible for us, so until 8 AM that morning, we didn't even know if we were leaving! Honestly, take a taxi and go peacefully to old Antalya; it will cost you less and you will enjoy it much more!

Positive feedbacks are: 1. Guide was a amazing man. I believe he tried his best from his side. He was lovely guy. 2. Boat ride was really enjoyable. Well worth. 3. Pick up on time as scheduled. 4. Customer service for communications is good. Negative/most disappointing are 1. Coach was too old. No luxury at all. A/c was not working. Suspensions was so noisy and hard. seats are too congested. Feels suffocated. 2. Very little time has given for Duden waterfalls. Which was only 45-50 minutes. Didn't matched with itinerary. Weather it should be 40+50 including lower and upper around 1hr 30 minutes. And also we has to pay 15 euros for entry whether it has said free admissions. Otherwise location was fascinating. 3. Didn't took us to Aksu leather craftsmanship or factory. 4. For Lunch restaurant wasn't convinced its seated capacity and quality of food. We being served kebab rolls as per request but barley find meat in it.
