✅ Starting early in the morning, Pamukkale tour from Antalya includes a pick-up from your Antalya hotel for your convenience. On a comfortable bus, a friendly guide will accompany you,. The journey will take approximately 3 hours 30 minutes. Before dawn, you can relax or enjoy the view.
✅ If you select balloon flight package, on the first part of the full-day tour, you'll have a hot air balloon ride. The bus will drop you off at the take-off area, where you'll meet the pilots and instructors. They'll explain everything about the flight, so you don't need to worry. You can also watch them getting the balloon ready for the ride.
✅ Lunch is open buffet as well and included in the package . Drinks will be extra .
✅ You'll get the chance to explore the renowned Cotton Castle, Cleopatra’s Pool, and the ancient city of Hierapolis. The tour guide will provide fascinating details about these sites. Afterward, you'll have three hours of free time in Pamukkale. You can take a swim in the pool, explore the magnificent ancient city, or walk on the Pamukkale travertines.
✅ Following your free time in Pamukkale, you'll have lunch and then return to Antalya. The journey back to Antalya takes approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.

It was a wonderful hot air balloon experience. I was on my birthday, so it was a perfect birthday present. The trip to Pamukkale was very beautiful, the place is amazing. Our guide Ismail was very friendly and kind and also well trained.

We had really been looking forward to this balloon flight experience, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. We were picked up at 5:00 a.m., and after arrival we waited almost an hour while the balloon was being prepared, inflated, and the basket set up for passengers. The flight itself was advertised as lasting around 45 minutes to an hour, and we were told it would be about an hour. However, our actual time in the air was only about 35 minutes. We also expected to reach over 1,000 meters in altitude, but we only reached around 700 meters. Another disappointment was that our pilot stayed lower than the other balloons most of the time. He was one of the last balloons to go up and the first to come down, which made the experience feel much shorter than expected. While the scenery was beautiful and the staff was polite, overall we left disappointed because the flight duration and altitude did not match what was promoted or what we had hoped for from this experience. I believe its overpriced.

In hot air balloon flights, the flight duration, altitude, and route are determined entirely by the pilot according to daily weather conditions, wind direction, and civil aviation safety regulations. For safety reasons, some flights may operate at a lower altitude or with a shorter duration depending on the conditions of the day. The pilot’s highest priority is always the safety of the guests inside the basket and overall flight safety. As a result, no pilot would want to risk either the company’s reputation or their own professional success by intentionally operating shorter flights. The take-off and landing order of the balloons may also vary depending on operational and weather conditions. Nevertheless, we appreciate that you enjoyed the scenery and the polite attitude of our staff.
I was supposed to go into a balloon in Cappadocia but it was cancelled so I booked this excursion for the Antalya part of my trip. It was very much worth it. The shuttle picks you up in the middle of the night so you can get to the balloon before sunrise. The whole experience was really lovely and our tour guide was very funny. We had wonderful weather at the Pammukale museum area also and had a few hours to explore. We followed up with a nice lunch buffet. I would most definitely do this trip again! :)

The organization for the transfer from Antalya was efficient. Then the flight in the hot air balloon offers us an amazing view of Pamukkale with the sunrise. We take the entrance to visit the old city of Hierapolis. No regrets it was very interesting, our guide was Ismael, a special mention for him ! He explained us very well the history of the place, how it was build, the traditions, the gods beliefs,… After everything we had a lunch in a buffet, great way to end this experience!

Departure is a bit early, but the early rising was definitely worth it. The sunrise in the hot air balloon is breathtaking!

Even though the trip to the balloon site was undertaken in the early hours of the morning, it was well worth the trip. The experience as you float up into the air is only topped by seeing the sun appear slowly on the horizon. Some of our group had fears/concerns for their safety, but the professionalism shown by the pilot and the crew put these to rest very quickly and they were able to enjoy the experience as well. The landing was where we saw how much in control the pilot (Osman) was. Pin point and gentle touch down. I can really recommend the experience with this operator. The trip to the surrounding ruins and sights was also really informative. Ismail very knowledgeable on the history of the area. We are also thankful for the driver who got us three and back safely

Terrible experience! We were picked up at 1:00 a.m. as planned. After we had picked up 6 more couples we went to the balloons at 3 o'clock. Then we stopped for an hour at a gas station. There was a “problem” unclear what. Then the problem was solved and we went babysitting, after a round of gas station it turned out not to be solved. There was a replacement bus. This took so long that we would miss the first and second round of the balloons. So at 6:30 we were back in bed in our hotel. For no good reason (something with paper car). Mega bad. If there's something about papers, you'll take care of it anyway. I had paid 360 euros for 2 people. There was a couple who had paid 160 for the same excursion.

Ballonvluchten en transferoperaties worden uitgevoerd volgens veiligheids- en officiële procedures. Prijzen kunnen daarnaast variëren afhankelijk van de boekingsdatum, platformcampagnes en seizoensvoorwaarden.
The hot air balloon team were fantastic! The pilot was in great spirits and they made that experience amazing! The driver was fabulous, he got us from A to B all day, he was very kind and was an absolute trooper. The downside (which made a big difference) was the tour guide. We didn’t actually need him to be honest, he was picked up after everyone else and dropped home before anyone else. He spoke quite rudely to us at one point, after not properly setting expectations of the day. Also the tour was mid sold because it said you could go into the thermal Pools, but you couldn’t because it was closed. And that was one of the main reasons for booking this trip. So my daughter was greatly disappointed, and I tried to contact Viator to see if they could help, and they refused a partial refund. So I wouldn’t book through Viator again. So just be weary.

The hot air balloon experience was amazing. The pilot and the team were great and made the day! But unfortunately the tour guide was useless. It would not have made a difference if we was present on the day. The driver did an amazing job of getting us from a to B thankfully. And he was a kind soul. But the guide, is wasted money for the supplier in our eyes.
