While sharing details thay asked to come out but they were late by 30 mins After meet and greet everything was streamlined
The issue here is that airport management only allows the parking area to be used for passenger meet-and-greet services for a 15-minute period. Once this 15-minute limit is exceeded, the parking fee unfortunately rises to €18 at today's rates. It is simply not possible for us to absorb such a high cost within our transfer prices. As a result, we have to employ separate staff members for passenger meet-and-greet services. The challenge is that nobody can remain at the airport 24 hours a day; all staff work 8-hour shifts. Therefore, the person who greeted you at the airport was a contractor working on behalf of another company. Most likely, they were occupied with other customers at the time, which caused the delay in meeting you. We would be delighted to welcome you back in our vehicles in the future, and we sincerely apologize for the wait and any inconvenience caused.
