Angkor Wat is a temple in Cambodia and is the largest religious monument in the world. Originally built as a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire by King Suryavarman II in the 12th century, it was gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple and the end of the century; as such, it is also described as a "Hindu-Buddhist"
The South Gate of Angkor Thom is the most famous temple in the Angkor Archaeological Park and should not be missed. Located next to Baksei Chamkrong but you can still drive or walk through it.
Bayon is a beautiful temple related to Buddhism at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of King Jayavarman VII. Bayon is located in the center of Angkor Thom.
Thommanon is one Hindu temples built during the reign of Suryavarman II in Angkor, Cambodia. This beautiful small temple is located east of the Gate of Angkor Thom and north of Chau Say Tevoda Temple.
Ta Prohm (Jungle temple) is the famous "Tomb Raider Temple" used in Angelina Jolie's movie. There is an amazing tree that grows on top of a temple. Don’t miss this temple.
Banteay Kdei is a Buddhist temple in Angkor, Cambodia. It is located southeast of Ta Prohm and east of Angkor Thom. it is in the style of Bayon architecture, like the designs of Ta Prohm and Preah Khan, but it is smaller and smaller. The tree roots at Banteay Kdei are absolutely massive, and they’re taking control of the buildings.
Ta Keo Temple is a striking mountain-style temple in the Angkor complex, built in the late 10th–early 11th century during the reign of King Jayavarman V. Dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, it is famous for its massive sandstone blocks and almost completely undecorated walls, giving it a powerful and unfinished appearance. Visitors can climb the steep steps to the top for panoramic views of the surrounding jungle and nearby Angkor temples, making it a favorite stop for adventure-loving travelers.

I had a really good time on this tour. Angkor Wat looked amazing, especially in the morning when it was calm and less crowded. Ta Prohm felt very unique with the big trees around the ruins, giving it a natural and peaceful vibe. The whole trip was well organized and everything went smoothly. This tour turned out to be one of the best parts of my trip. Seeing Angkor Wat up close was incredible, especially in the calm of the morning, and Ta Prohm had such a unique, almost mysterious vibe with nature taking over the ruins. We recently enjoyed a wonderful Angkor Wat tour with our guide Longdy. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, and explained the history and culture clearly, which made the whole trip smooth and relaxing.
