The beautiful landscapes! Interesting encounter of the Rivers! Get to know a little about indigenous culture very important! It's worth it!
Took the day tour from Manaus with my husband and two kids ages 7 and 9. Luiz was the best. He kept in communication with us, picked us up at our hotel and was super nice and professional. The tour was amazing, Luiz knows the area extremely well and explained everything super well. We saw beautiful sites and had a great day. Highly recommend.
Excellent walk and service! An amazing tour of the Amazon with all your experience and knowledge about the culture and the locations. I made two tours with Luiz who is extremely attentive and professional. In Manaus, we started with the indigenous tribe, passed by the dive with boots, the museum of the seringal and finally the grandiose encounter of the waters. A perfect day! Luiz also guided me in President Figueireido, through the incredible waterfalls of the place! Super recommended!
We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience on the tours that Louis took us (swimming with the pink boto, piracururu fishing, indigenous tribe and snake animals, monkey, lazy beast). We contacted Luis last minute because we didn't have much time and our flight departs the next morning. With all the willingness and goodwill Luis managed to organize these tours, which were the height of our trip to the Amazonas, the children were impressed and very satisfied! We are very grateful to Luis! I recommend and will do it again!
There are few words and photographs that can describe the beauty of the Amazon and I was grateful enough to witness it with Luiz on my final day before leaving Brazil. I had been recommended Luiz by several friends who had worked in the region and no wonder they all said don’t leave Brazil without doing a tour with Luiz.. so brilliant I’m already planning my next one with him in August! Such knowledge and enthusiasm about nature - best private tour guide out there!
We left the hotel around 7:45 a.m. First, we went to the bath with the boots! Those who don’t know and who know how to swim, they put the vest around the waist to keep us at ease around the boots while the treader offers them the fish to approach the group. After swimming with the boots, we move to a place where you have the opportunity to buy crafts (I found the price a bit expensive) and see a kind of tank with the pirarucus, where we can measure the strength kaakakakaka... There also has crafts and a trail on a wooden pass, where it is possible to see some animals and victories regions. After this tour, we take the boat towards the tribe, where we are welcomed full of animals (snakes, monkeys, lazy ones) whoever they want, they charge to take the picture with the animals. (10 R$). There we have the opportunity to paint the face (5 R$/Cover) and watch the ritual. It has crafts to buy, food to taste. The return to Manaus is around 15:00h. I recommend
There is no one better for an incredible day tour of the areas around Manaus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Luiz and the incredible experience of swimming with dolphins and visiting the local tribe. Truly amazing with a one-of-a-kind guide. Thank you.
This tour is the essence of perfection. Luis is a consummate professional who is extremely charismatic, personable and down to earth. His local insights, experiences and respect for nature make him the gold standard for any excursion in the Amazon region. The day starts with meeting the river dolphins of the Rio Negro. You can also jump right into this fascinating and incredibly biodiverse river after feeding them. The next stop is to meet the Tatuyu tribe. They are 65 kilometers from Manaus so their interactions with tourists are rare. It was fascinating to see their way of life and distinct appreciation for nature. The final stop is the meeting of the Rio Negro with the Amazon River. It cannot be overstated not only how majestic this place feels but also the temperature difference between the two bodies of water.
Luis is great! Totally exceeded our expectations! Educated, took us to incredible, beautiful places and passed us all with a lot of knowledge! A differentiated human being is very well related! We were able to swim with Boto, see jacaré very close! A private experience with the Indians! I will definitely make a question of indicating it to friends!
We met Manaus with Luiz and it was amazing. A two-day tour to get to know the culture, the forest, the animals and everything the Amazon has to offer. We recommend Luiz 100% for an amazing experience and full of stories to tell!
