We had a great, informative and fun tour. Dustin was amazing and would highly recommend him to everyone who wants this tour. He was funny, knowledgable and had great recommendations
My family had a memorable experience on this tour, and Roman was the most knowledgeable, interesting and charismatic tour guide we could have asked for. He is also a very competent driver, which my first time to Muir Woods family said he was the absolute best! Travel plans can be stressful because you want to find the best places and tours to gain the most pleasurable moments, and this tour and Roman were a winning combination!
Amazing view of ancient trees. Memorable short trip to the jungle and nice view of sea and shopping in Sausalito on return to the city. Recommended when visiting San Francisco!
So amazing! A fun tour guide and a great group!
Late picking us up. My ticket wouldn’t print because there is no cell service in the woods. Driver of MustSee tours would not help. Said it was not his problem. We had to get help getting into the park. Told to be back at 3:15. We got back at 3:15 as driver was backing up the van at exactly 3:15. I thought he was backing out to let us on. NOPE. He left us as I chased the van. Luckily there was another van from the same company that said he would take us back an hours later. We had a bay cruise booked and was told to be there at 6:15. We got back at 6:45. Not happy with MustSee tours or with TripAdvisor for using them.
Dear George, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we are truly sorry your experience fell short of expectations. We want to clarify a few points: your ticket option did not include the Muir Woods entrance fee, which we believe may have led to some of the confusion at the gate. Our guide's intention was to point you toward our support team so you could enjoy the park without losing time on your tour — not to leave you without assistance. Regarding the departure: our guide waited beyond the scheduled 3:15 return time before leaving, and ensured our second van was on-site and available to bring you back. We understand this was not the experience you expected, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. We hold ourselves to a high standard and will use your feedback to improve how we communicate ticket inclusions and pickup expectations to our guests. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty of Muir Woods and Sausalito, and we would welcome the chance to make this right. Warm regards, The MustSee Tours Team
Fun tour. Good overview of the area and some of the beautiful aspects of San Fran.
It was a great experience. Driver was very knowledgeable about the area and added a few things to the tour.
My family of 3 did a morning combined tour of Muir Woods and Sausalito. The tour guide was really very good. He provided us with nuggets of information about the places we saw during the tour. The scenic coastal and mountain route he took us on was exceptional. Muir Woods is a good place to visit for nature lovers. The tour is an experience on the sights and information on redwood trees. An extra half hour at the park would have been nice. Sausalito is a scenic little town meant for exploring in a leisurely manner. One hour in the town barely gives you time to search for and grab a meal. To really enjoy and explore the place, one needs at least 2 to 2.5 hours. On top of it all, the weather and rain played spoilsport during our halt at Sausalito. Overall, a good tour.
This was a wonderful experience. It gave us plenty of time to do everything we wanted.
Friendly informative tour operator
