Our guide, Doug, was awesome. He was so knowledgeable about the plants, landscape and animals. He was very approachable and friendly and answered any questions we had. It was only my mum and I, and I was worried it may be a bit awkward but conversation flowed freely and it was just like chatting with a friend. 100% recommend!!

Bella was my guide. We hiked the Ocotillo Trail. She was an amazing guide. She shared her knowledge of the plants, the area and her passion for nature and adventure was infectious. I felt extremely comfortable hiking with her. I wanted to hike but didn’t feel comfortable navigating the trails alone. She was a wonderful leader and made sure we took breaks to drink water and provided light snacks. She offered to wait for me to get my ride out of the park. I highly recommend hiking with Bella.

What a great intro to hiking in the desert! It was just my husband and myself with our guide, Jason. He was knowledgeable, had everything we needed (water, sunscreen, snacks) and made the hike very interesting. I would highly recommend if you are a newby to hiking in the desert !
