- Are at least 7 years old on the day of flight
- Weigh up to 120kg (if under 1.8m tall) or up to 140kg (if 1.8m or taller).
- Are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
- Are not wearing a hard cast.
- All participants must complete the AltitudeX waiver form.
- Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Arrive 1 hour before your scheduled flight for check-in, training, and gear fitting.
- You must be able to fit comfortably into the flight suit and helmet.
- Wear comfortable clothing. (Ladies are advised to avoid skirts or dresses.)
- Long hair should be tied up.
- Wear secure, lace-up shoes. Rental shoes and AltitudeX socks are available for S$4.
- Remove accessories such as jewelry and watches before flying.
- Lockers are available for rent onsite.
- Bring a valid Photo ID or Passport (digital or physical copy) for verification.
- Photography and videography are not allowed directly in front of the wind tunnel.
