All Level SURF CLASSES in Ericeira (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced)

Had so much fun during me class with Progress, felt super safe in the water with the coach and learned many new tricks to be a better surfer. Can really recommend this school? An extra plus for the fresh and new wetsuits!

Highly recommend Progress! My son and I are intermediate surfers and did private coaching/guide for 3 days! Antonia was so helpful and a pleasure to surf with! He took us to different breaks and shared his excellent knowledge with passion and fun! Would defiantly do it again if I get back to the area!

I've had 2 intermediate surf lessons before, 1 for 5 days and 1 for 1 day. Neither one of them was even half as helpful as Progress Surf School. A lot of surf schools will say "hey just have fun" and then push you into some waves and tell you you're doing great and that's it. That's not Progress Surf School, the focus here is on actual PROGRESS. As someone who knows the basics of paddling and popping up, I wanted lessons that would teach me how to take the next step and 1) do turns consistently, 2) shred across the face of the wave a bit. Luis and Miguel worked with me to learn to do exactly that! I really appreciate how they spent a lot of time on dry land practicing every body motion with me, then pointing out every specific body motion that was wrong on my turns. After 4 days this approach helped me FINALLY do turns consistently and comfortably after trying to master it on my own for 2 years. Really appreciate their detail oriented, disciplined approach to help their students improve at surfing. The class was also a lot of fun, caught some really amazing waves (they take students to an awesome beach that's very consistent), while still being able to learn so much and truly PROGRESS.

It was the best surfing experience for a beginner like me! The teachers are very friendly, and the conditions were perfect for a perfect day in Ribeira d ́Illes. Thank you, Progress, I loved it!
