Excellent place. Must see. A special thanks to our guide - Celine. She is among the best guides I have had experience with. Very professional, informative and overall pleasant experience. Place itself is must see, and additionally with guided tour, Celine, it even better. We have a good visit to Terracota army museum, after had a very good and calm lunch. The place were we eat was really nice and food was good too. Afterwards we visited wild goose pagoda and city wall. Everywhere we were professionally guided by Celine. When I will come next time, I definitely will book again this tour. I have been with two young kids and even they enjoyed a lot. Thank you!
We had great mini-group tour with Celine as our guide. Everything was very well organized! Celine is very knowledgeable and a very nice person. She expertly guided us through the day, making sure we had the best experience at every stop. The driver was great, the vehicle comfortable. Overall we had an amazing tour!
Thank you for your wonderful review! Celine will be so happy to hear that her knowledgeable and warm guidance made your tour so enjoyable. We're also glad the driver and vehicle helped make everything comfortable and smooth. We truly appreciate your feedback.
The Terracotta Army itself is incredible and our guide Lily was excellent. She taught us a lot about the history and guided us through the heavy rain and heavy crowds very efficiently. The earpieces that were used weren't good, they stopped working for a number of guests. The lunch wasn't good either. Obviously it is not this company's fault but it was the busiest tour attraction I've ever seen. Overall though this was a positive experience!
The trip started promptly and everyone was on time with the pick up. Jacky assisted us with the entry process and told some anecdotes along the way. He is a good guide, but I have the feeling of being hurried as i was not fast enough to catch up because i was carrying my child and it was raining so I felt stressed at the start. Once we were inside the pits, Jacky showed us where the good parts are for photo opportunities and also finding us spots where we can have good views amidst the crowds. The drop off location was very stressful for me, as it was just in the corner of the main road and we need to hurry to go down while the the stop light is red so I was quite disoriented and was not able to say good bye properly. All in all the experience is satisfying because I expected the worse, especially with the crowd that I thought we won't see anything at all! We had enough time in the pits, in the front line which was the most important! Thank you, Jacky!
Great experience. The guide Jackie was professional, gave explanations for what we were going to see and, above all, helped a lot to guide us in the museum that was with a lot of people. I just didn't realize why they left us at Great Wild Goose Pagoda instead of at the original gathering site (in my case, the hotel).
Neat professional guide where everything has been very well arranged. We had a lovely day. Thank you Celine

Fantastic tour, fantastic guide!
Thank you for your kind review. We are glad that both the tour and the guide were so enjoyable. We hope to see you again in the future.
Had a great experience! The bus was nice, the entire thing was organized and the guide Roger was very knowledgeable. I was debating whether to go without a guide to see the Terra cotta warriors but I’m glad we booked a tour. I highly recommend it because there’s not much information about the soldiers at the location but the guide provided a lot of info about them. The location itself is also extremely chaotic so having a group helped a lot. But be prepared for a long day with a lot of walking - we were picked up at 8:00 and dropped off around 6:00.
Thank you for this honest and helpful review! Roger will be so glad to hear that his knowledge made your Terracotta Warriors visit so worthwhile—and that you're glad you chose a guided tour over going solo. You're right that the site can be chaotic and lacks information, which is exactly why a guide makes all the difference. We also appreciate your practical tip about the long day and walking. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon!
The tour and the pick-up are top! Our guide, Celine, organized everything so we didn’t have to worry bout anything. She offers clear and quite usefull explanations and She guide us inside the terracotta soldier museums to avoid estress situation. The tour let you see the highlights of Xi’an including the Wild G. Pagoda, the city Walls and the Muslim street. Celine explain us everything and She answer our questions so we enjoyed every second!!
Thank you for your wonderful review! Celine will be so happy to hear that her organization, clear explanations, and thoughtful guidance made your Xi'an tour so enjoyable and stress-free. We're glad you experienced the highlights—from the Terracotta Warriors to the Wild Goose Pagoda, City Wall, and Muslim Street. We truly appreciate your high recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon!
We had Tracy as our tour guide, she was exceptional from start to finished. Picked us up from the hotel, talked us through the history with lunch included. Thanks Tracy.
