Thank you very much beautiful review
This was very good excursion. Saw everything on the tour and had a great meal for lunch. Whish we could have spent more time.
Thank you for your beautiful review. Very welcome to Morocco again.
Awesome experience! We came on ferry and they were super accommodating for us, even on a big holiday. I would definitely recommend this!
Thank you so much for your beautiful review and very welcome to Morocco again
This was a great day trip to Tangier. Omar met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We saw all the sights of Tangier without feeling rushed. He recommended a great restaurant which was very family friendly. He took us to the Medina and the camel rides which my children enjoyed.
Thank you for your beautiful review
Saw some beautiful sights and really enjoyed the camel ride, Kaaba and medina, but we were not expecting the high pressure sales stops along the way that really put a negative spin on the experience. A guided tour of Tangier is the way to go, but when you’re paying a good price for the tour, you shouldn’t be stuck in several “sales pitch” stops along the way…
High again, the tour guide he was asking you before he been to that place but next time we will not happen thank you very much
Omar and Ishmael gave us a great tour of Tonya and a wonderful lunch. Lots of history and a visit to the Hercules caves.
Thank you so much for your beautiful review. Very welcome to Morocco again.
Omar was very helpful and gave us a great tour. We went places that we wouldn't have gone without him and able to ride a camel.
Thank you so much for your beautiful review. Very welcome to Morocco again.
Before discussing the tour, it is important to discuss the differences between what Tripadvisor offers on its website and what the professor hired by TripAdvisor delivers. When booking the tour, the page gave the option to choose the schedule and I selected for 9 am. It gave the option to ask to be picked up from the hotel (although they limited the hotels where you could take this option). I selected a hotel where you could schedule to pick us up even though it was a little more expensive. The day before the tour departed I contacted the operator (less than 24 hours before departure) because I had not received a message from him. He told me that the tour would not be at 9, that it could be or at 8 or 12, not at 9 and that they would not come by us to the hotel. These differences do not know if they are Tripadvisor's or the operator's problem, but they affect poor customer service. Now let's talk about the tour. After contacting the operator, he told me he would send me the ferry tickets. The day before the tour, at 9pm, we still didn’t get ferry tickets, which helped keep stress high. In the end, late at night, they finally sent the tickets. Focusing on the tour itself, the guides, Abdul and Ahmed were friendly and explained the tour very well, but what was delivered was very different from what was offered. For starters, Abdul was late and for a moment we doubted if we would wait. Later, at the Medina, Ahmed was more concerned with taking us to the sponsors’ stores (I guess with the intention of encouraging shopping) than taking us to the most important parts of the Medina. On the other hand, the tour was in Spanish, but Ahmed’s Spanish is not easy to understand. All this leaves a bitter taste about the tour. In short, despite the above, was the tour worth it? I would have my doubts about recommending it, but I would be inclined to say no. The main reason is the cost and differences between what is promised vs. what is delivered. Definitely, because of the shortcomings of the service received, it is not a tour worth 200 euros per person. The Medina can be toured on its own or, in any case, hire a tour in Tarifa for half the price.
We tried to do all our best to make you nice service and we hope you enjoy our tour and we done the tour for you a private in all way was in the tour we done it for you thank you very much and we hope we see you again
Our Tour was well organized by the owner Omar the day before with the Ferry Tickets that were sent to us to cross from Tarifa to Tanger. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Hamza and his driver. They took us around in the different part of Tanger and we did an incredible Camel ride on the beach. Hamza provided very interesting information on the history of Morocco and Tanger. Everywhere we went everyone knew him. We felt safe all day and at no time we were pressure to buy in any stores we entered into. We highly recommend this Tour for there professionalism, attention to what we wanted to see and dedication to their work. A great Choukran bezaf to Hamza, his driver and Omar for this wonderful journey in Tanger.
