Our trip led by Lin, a very nice and informative lady tourguide was exactly what we wanted. Not only was she well organised, together with the driver, she was attentive and knowledgeable. The timing was perfect, and despite the light rain, we thoroughly enjoyed our Hangzhou day trip. And to cap it off, we were upgraded to Business class seats on our way back to Shanghai via the bullet train. Definitely booking other trips with the Is company!
