This trip was worth money but at a cost for comfort. The bus pick up was 40 minutes late from the adjusted time they emailed and texted me the night before. It took almost 2 hrs to fill bus with almost 50 people, not 35 as per tour info at booking. 75% of people on tour spoke Spanish so it was slightly difficult to get the guides info along the way. I wish they would leave out the Mayan shalmon and chocolate demo as it seemed touristy and hard to understand as all in Spanish. Overall great day and bang for buck but they should have Spanish and English tours on separate days and outsource hotel pick up to expedite process

The itinerary is completely different than what’s advertised. First of all, I was picked up from my hotel in a small van and dropped off at a meeting spot. My pick up time was 6:40 and the van came 10 mins late. The chauffeur only told me to wait and some bigger bus will pick me up. At the meeting point, you need to make sure to get on the right bus because the employees barely speak English. I was in a big bus with at least 60 people (was said maximum 35 people in the description). The first destination is the cenote Suytun (you will get one hour maximum there). Along the way, I was handed a box with a sandwich wrapped in kitchen towel. Then, I was brought to the lunch place where they will make you see a Mayan ritual and spend a lot of time at a local souvenir shop. I felt it was a ripped off because I spent more time there than eating the lunch. Souvenir items were extremely expensive (1000 pesos for a pair of earrings). Then, they will make you walk in a chocolate shop where they will recommend you to buy the chocolate (450 pesos for a small bag). Finally, the lunch part is all you can eat. Food was good but you have to pay for all the drinks, even water. The employees will ask for tips. Third stop is Chichen Itza. Totally worth it. You will get 1:30h there. Fourth stop is Ik-kil cenote. I had 40 mins there. It’s barely enough time to get changed and enjoy the water. Last stop is the city of Valladolid. You get 20 mins. No time to see/walk around the city. There is not time for dinner so I had to buy food there and eat on the bus. I got back around 10pm at my hotel. The whole trip is at least 13hours. Be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs for the cenotes. My tour guide was average. Explained a lot in Spanish but barely translated into English. I feel that a lot of time was wasted at the souvenir shop which I did not sign up for.

We took this tour with low expectations, but we were delighted by the nature, the way the guide provided information along the way, and the warmth of the people who welcomed us. We will return to enjoy another vacation with our friends from Top Cancun.
It is our first time using tripadvisor and we are very happy and satisfied with the service, a day earlier we were sent all the information of our pickup at the hotel and the next day they were on time. The person who answered us by message was very friendly and they were attentive to our approach. On the tour everyone was super friendly and the guides very cute. Thank you, it was an extraordinary vacation.
It's a long tour worth what you pay for. I recommend you to rest well a day early to go with lots of energy. Good service.
You can't miss this wonder of the world, of course, if you're a history lover. The buffet was delicious.
It was always a dream to know Chichen and it really is a wonder of the world. I thank the tours for their excellent service
No communication when and where the meeting place takes place, in the end we stood with two others for two hours and were neither picked up nor called. No cancellation, nothing. Don't book with this company.
Had an AMAZING experience! Eduardo, Carlos, and the driver Antonio were great! Very organized and the locations you visit are top tier. Ik-Kil was our personal favorite. Highly recommend 10/10
The trip is long and tiring, and there is a shopping place, which takes nearly 2 hours. And sunshine is very strong. So I suggest having good sun protection.
