Hotel transfer was great. Pleasant boat with everything you need on board. Breathtaking views! 2-hour stop in a super beautiful village with swimming and a walk in a magnificent setting. Then a swimming stop in Antipaxos in absolutely magnificent turquoise water 🤩 Atmosphere on the boat was top-notch with music and an excellent host 👌 I highly recommend 10 hours of happiness!
When booking, the drop down list did not give our hotel as a pick up point so I rang the advice line who suggested the closest hotel (45min walk). I decided to book a cab but the women at hotel reception said it didn’t make sense as we would be going one way just to double back and the TUI coach would go straight past us. So I decided to contact TUI. The app said our hotel doesn’t have a rep but it did have a name and contact number for a rep that covered our hotel and could be called. When I rang it I was connected to a general helpline. This person said there was ‘no rep’ and she struggled to find my booking (the app at this point failed to load and I couldn’t retrieve the booking number). So it was back to the hotel reception - who said the hotel does have a rep that is shared with other small hotels and the at she’d be at the hotel that day. Fortunately she was able to change the pick up time. Then, when we got to the port, and the driver directed everybody to the two different cruise companies, the one on our ticket said something else. I booked through TUI so that everything would be easy but then time spent reorganising things and being given incorrect information. I could have paid far less and done the organising myself. Same faff but cheaper. So, NOT good value for money. I don’t think we had enough time on Paxos (1hr40) to eat, shop & explore a bit. Only Morgan, the TUI rep for our hotel, was great.
Booked this trip through trip advisor. Got confirmation. Booked taxi to pick us up the next morning take us to the port. Got a text from the company evening before saying the trip had been oversold so our trip had been cancelled. However money has been taken from my account?
It is extremely well organized. We got picked up from our hotel right on time even though it was not on the list. The boat was full but everyone had a place to sit comfortably. The islands and locations we visited looked even better than any postcard views imaginable.
Though there was an issue finding the boat the cruise itself was amaze! Great good and vibes on board. Be prepared for a long journey if you are going out of Corfu. Clearest water I’ve ever seen. At the end they had a DJ and live Greek dancers
We loved our day which we thought was perfect. One of the most beautiful moments of our trip.
Absolutely amazing so relaxing. Was so relaxing and guide and staff so friendly. Gaios was beautiful and boat was definately not overcrowded. Well worth doing.
Dear guest, Thank you for your positive feedback and for sharing your experience. We are glad you have enjoyed the excursion! Thank you for choosing travelco
Nice trip. You may have your own food and drink on the boat. Remember marine sickness pills for your trip home if it is blowing (if you suffer from it)
Dear guesttt, Thank you for your helpful remarks and for sharing your experience! We are glad you have enjoyed the excursion!
The cruise was over sold, the boat was not big enough for the amount of people that they had sold stickers for. Was very cramped and unenjoyable when travelling to Paxos and away from Paxos. Would highly recommend visiting the Paxos island just maybe in a different way. Journey took 3 hours to get there on a very rocky overcrowded ship.
Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience. Allow us though to respond to some of your remarks. Firstly, it should be noted that in July it's mid high season, which means that every excursion, especially in places such Paxos, is always crowed. Secondly, the IONIAN CRUISES stuff, in order to avoid ovecrowding makes sure that at least 1/3 of the ship's capacity is not covered! Overall, thank you for sharing your views and we hope you have enjoyed the excursion!
It was amazing! We visited Paxos then stopped to see the 2 caves. After this we stopped in Antipaxos for an amazing afternoon of jumping in the water with live bbq and drinks! Recommend this 100/10
