Pickup Locations & Times
Important! Pickup is always prior to the time of the visit. We will notify you by mail or wasap. Please check the collection information on your electronic devices where we will send you the exact time. For pickups outside the assigned area in the experience, it will have to be on request and may carry an extra charge. It is usually between 40min and 60min before the visit. Look for a red Citroën Jumpy vehicle with the Paella Travel logo waiting at the gate of the meeting points.

The guide was already at the pick up when we arrived there. She took us through as scenic route on the way to the vineyard, and told us interesting facts about the different fruit trees we saw on the way. During the whole experience she made sure we were okay. 10/10 experience.

As the logo of her red van says, It is an Experience. I join her group to check this Winery he has in her list and it really is an adventure. She truly knows how to chose the right place at the right moment. You can trust what she offers you. A meaningful Winery always. That is her difference, because she is herself and experienced sommelier. An enjoys every tasting as the first one. In this tour you learn and will be surprised of all the process of developing a Winery from the beginning, and I promise; every step is surprise. I! was surprised, and I do chose my Wineries too. She is passionate about the region wine, local varieties, classic and emerging author productions but you will also learn all about Spanish trendiest wines and stories.. This was cancelled on the day and said the winery wasn’t open however I was still allowed to book pay the money and travel to Alicante to do the tour not recommend the service provider if this is how they treat customers
Good morning! As we explained in the email, it was Viator who forced the booking. The calendar was completely block for that day. The booking was canceled within 5 minutes of you making it, certainly not on the same day at the exact same minute. We don't understand the malicious intent behind this review, because everything was explained to you from the very beginning, and you certainly didn't have to go anywhere because, as we indicated, the cancellation was almost instantaneous after the booking. excellent excursion. Pickup was right by the hotel and right on time. Vineyard was one of the better in the Alicante area. Vineyard owner was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. The wine was exccellent

Ana pur guide was lovely! She picked us up from our hotel which was so convenient. Along the way she was a wealth of knowledge that kept all of us informed. The winery was beautiful and peaceful. The tour was engaging with plenty of information. The wine was delicious as was the tapas which was plentiful. We had the pleasure to witness a proposal of marriage also! Highly recommend Ana and her lovely tour!.

We had a perfect pick-up and return with Ana Raquel, and the area and tour of the vineyard was excellent. Our guide, Alejandro, told us the history and about running the family-owned and family-driven Bodegas Faelo. The tour ended in a tasty lunch with beautiful wine from the vineyard. I highly recommend this tour!
