At first I was disappointed that two groups had been combined making 30 people. Not a small group! Also, the guide had to speak two languages. With that said, Hector is an amazing guide! He is a storyteller, whi lays out the history of the Alhambra beautifully. I would highly recommend this tour if you can be fortunate to have him.
Where do I even begin? Our day trip to the Alhambra with GranaVision was hands down my favorite experience of our entire trip to Spain — and we had an incredible trip. Hector was an absolutely phenomenal guide. His knowledge of the history, architecture, and stories behind every corner of the Alhambra was remarkable. He made the whole place come alive in a way you simply can’t get from reading a guidebook or wandering on your own. The Alhambra itself is breathtaking — one of the most gorgeous monuments I’ve ever set foot in. But what made it truly special was having Hector walk us through it. He kept the energy fun and engaging the entire time, answered every question we threw at him, and genuinely seemed passionate about sharing Granada with us. If you’re visiting Spain and skipping the Alhambra, you’re doing it wrong. And if you’re doing the Alhambra, book with GranaVision and ask for Hector. Easily a 5-star experience from start to finish, highest possible recommendation. This one will stick with me for a long time

We were guided through the area by our tour guide Rosa. We were very satisfied and received a lot of information from her. Despite the many people on the premises, we never felt hindered by other visitors. The visit was very well guided and brought us great joy. We can only recommend it.
We visited the Alhambra, a magnificent place. A must-see if health permits!!! Once you have passed the checkpoint (2 to 3 times during the visit), ID and ticket), you cannot turn back!!! At one point, I couldn't take it anymore; there was no way to shorten the path, poorly marked, no staff to give us information, and I ended up falling. So very good, but good shoes (which I had) and very long, especially under the sun. It's not for all ages...

Our guide Alain was very knowledgeable and took us through the forts and palaces explaining the various features in an interesting manner. The one small issue was with the headset unit he was using. It has a continuous crackle which made it sometimes hard to hear him. Apart from that we really enjoyed the tour.
