Any tourist to Granada should take a trip around the Alhambra Palace, which has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a work of art, and its enormous and historic significance, as well as the wonderfully detailed Islamic architecture and art, add to its allure. You will explore the Alcazaba fortress, formerly a military precinct and the most antique area of the Alhambra complex. You will also visit the Nasrid Palaces including the Palace of Mexuar, the Palace of Comares, and the Palace of Leones. Finally, you will explore the Generalife, the sultan’s summer palace situated east of the Alhambra. NB: Please read all the information before booking.

This is a site you would not want to miss because of its grandeur and historical significance. This palace has been named the most visited monument in Spain, with over two million visitors in 2014. That's even more astounding when you consider the rest of the country's sites.
The Nasrid Palaces, undoubtedly the most well-known component of the Alhambra, were the formal palace of the Moorish monarchs of Granada. This section alone has a number of elements. Various sultans that occupied the Alhambra throughout the Moorish period of Granada began to add various royal houses to the palaces, completing them into the iconic complex that we know today.
The tranquil gardens of Generalife stand in stark contrast to the bustling castles and towers. While still popular with visitors, it's difficult not to get a sense of inner serenity and tranquility as you walk through this lovely natural environment.

- Please note that there are no child tickets available. Children aged 0-3 years do not require entry tickets. However, for children aged 4 and above, an adult ticket must be reserved for them as well.
- Your booking will be in processing and will be confirmed up to 12 hours before your travel date. Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email.
- After confirmation, your Alhambra tickets will be sent within a few hours. For tours scheduled later, tickets will be issued the day before your travel date.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking may be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
- Entry times for the Nasrid Palace are assigned randomly by Alhambra Management and will be communicated in your confirmation email. Specific time slot selection is not available.
- If you've booked separate group tours, please provide the booking reference numbers.
- All visitors must pass a mandatory security check, with wait times of up to 30 minutes during peak hours.

I put a very poor opinion because I could not make the visit of the Alhambra that I had booked since I learned around 9pm the day before the visit, that my reservation had not been validated while Viator contacted in the afternoon had told me that the voucher received a few days before meant that the reservation was ok and that after an exchange, between a Viator agent and the provider, I had to receive my tickets 2 to 3 hours later. So I never received my tickets when I had booked an A/R train trip from Seville and two nights in a hotel and I really wish I had been notified earlier. Viator maintains the blur between the service purchased on its website and the actual provider who performs it. What's the compensation?

Our ticket was bought well in advance . Today is our day for the Alhambra and we still haven’t received our ticket . Have attempted to reach out since yesterday with numerous emails and text and WhatsApp . Still no tickets. This is a must see, but maybe not with this Compnay . If we don’t get tickets we are just gonna go and buy directly from the provider instead of going to a third party Jen

Loved the Alhambra, very beautiful piece of history. The booking is more expensive than original pricing from website but it’s great if they are sold out. I received my tickets but it was a little nerve wracking waiting almost a day before to get the tickets. Otherwise everything went fluently. I’m sure they would refund if they couldn’t deliver the tickets but that’s not what most people want when purchasing.

The Alhambra gets booked fast. So book your tickets well in advance. It is huge and takes the day. Be there early well before your entrance time so you can do the gardens before the Palaces. Make sure your camera is fully charged as you will want to a lot of photos and videos. You can take water in. Do not lean on the walls even for a second, or you will be told off.

I booked Alhambra and after payment was taken I was informed that there was no guarantee of a space and would be informed 12-48 hours before the event! My email bounced back from one of the addresses given and after many more bot chats I got my ticket the evening before! I would be hesitant to book with Viator again! I paid a lot of money to access this beautiful Palace but the process wasn’t good

We didn’t get the tickets even though we had found some live by ourselves. We were warned the day before at 10:00 pm after three reminders from us. Clearly don’t book through Viator it’s a bit of a scam

It's a long visit, at least three to four hours. The place is wonderful but very big. Do not miss the buildings.
