One adult driver had physical license, other adult driver had photograph of license. The guy at the desk asked if we had a photo of second drivers license, and when we found it you could tell the lady was not happy about him asking if we had a picture and he changed his tone and all of a sudden a picture was not good enough. Was offered to come back 5 hours later for half the tour we booked. Not friendly.
We had the best time, theres a range of terrains and 3 stops, the stops are only cafes/toilets Our guide was great too, easy to follow
Carlos was a fun and knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humour. Enjoyed all the stops was a fun few hours.
A well guided Buggy tour through the Algarve hinterland with many stops. Narrow paths with rocks, lots of puddles (because we had rain) and through the mountains. Buggy are nice carts to drive, also driven through the river. Maximum speed is around 60 km/h.
Friendly guide and staff and clear instructions. Fun route with challenging terrain, but without being too difficult!
Great fun must have done well over 50km on a combination of tight mountain tracks, roads and paths seeing several towns and points of interest along the way. Stunning views and a great way to see places you wouldn’t usually see!
Amazing adventure and got the adrenaline pumping.! Would definitely recommend. Staff all helpful. Good value for money.
Company cancels the tour 3 hours before the start! Not a serious company offers another activity that does not match what we had booked and hangs up the line when we call them.
We would like to set the record straight, as your comment does not reflect reality. Your 3-hour tour was canceled because you were the only ones registered—a condition clearly stated before booking. As always in this case, we offered reasonable alternatives: • Postpone the activity to the next day—you declined. • Participate in the 1.5-hour tour on the same day, with a refund of the price difference —you declined. • We even recommended a competing provider available the same day to help you—you again declined. Instead of cooperating, you preferred to be unpleasant and dismissive, refusing any logical solution, and attempting to obtain an unjustified additional advantage. Your attitude was neither constructive nor honest, and your goal was clearly to take advantage of the situation to obtain more than you had paid for. We work seriously and respectfully, and we expect the same attitude in return. We do not offer our services to those who lack respect, good faith, or honesty. We take full responsibility for refusing to continue with you. 👉 Simple reminder: no respect = no service.
Great experience for motorsports fans, friendly staff, 3 short stops, full 3 hours of driving, would certainly recommend. Really nice and polite guide.
Avoid if you don't want to lose your €150 deposit, drive faster than you are comfortable with and drive so close to the person in front that you haven't got a safe stopping distance. The whole place is filthy the buggies and quads have bald tyres and are covered in thick dust. Our buggy got a flat tyre so we lost our €150 deposit even though my Husband drove the same path as everybody else which was really, really rough dusty terrain. Look for an alternative company!
