Outstanding crab feed! Friendly, clean and really good food!
Highly recommend the overall experience. There was some confusion because we did not attend the show. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. When they say all you can eat. They really mean as much crab as you can eat during the service time. We had plenty of time to eat plenty of crab and it was all great.
the experience was canceled by tour operator due to bad weather and ship not allowed in port. we have never received our refund by viator . it has been 5 months still waiting .
Food was sooo good! Such a fun experience. The crab legs weee delicious. They crab legs just kept coming and they were hot. Need more warm butter, no problem. They were staffed adequately and the servers were so attentive. I did not wait for anything as they kept checking in. If your I. The fence… DO IT!
Very good. My boat canceled my other tour, I guess I got this one that I canceled with VIATOR. I HOPE MO CHARGE ME DOUBLE !’nnn
We loved this experience! The crab feast wad absolutely delicious! We definitely left full. Staff was friendly and it was very organized and on schedule. We only had limited time in port and this was the perfect way to spend it.
If you’re there for just the crab feast (not the lumberjack show) go to the hostess stand inside the store and let them know. Do not stand in the long line for the lumberjack show.
1. It is next/part of the Lumberjack Show. Not that this is a detriment to the food just good to know when heading that way. 2. When we checked in it was a little disorganized and the lady seemed a little annoyed with us (we did show up 15!mins early. 3. The seasonal workers (kids really) - 1 really was into it and seemed knowledgeable- the server we had not so much and even though the ticket said it came with an alcoholic beverage she said they didn’t have it. When I pointed out that the people across from us (the other server) were getting alcohol she backtracked. 4. Even though the space wasn’t completely full they could have used one more server. 5 They did a very good job at giving us lots of crab - little slow on the butter and lemon though.
My recent visit to Harbour Haus in Ketchikan, Alaska, was an absolute highlight of my trip, largely thanks to their incredible Dungeness crab feast! If you're a seafood lover, this place is a non-negotiable stop. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, fitting perfectly with the charm of Ketchikan. It's clear that Harbour Haus prides itself on fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional hospitality. Overall: A truly memorable dining experience. The unlimited Dungeness crab is a dream come true, and the friendly service combined with that phenomenal carrot cake makes Harbour Haus a must-visit in Ketchikan. Highly, highly recommend!
This place has very good and fresh crab! I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and even the little video of Alaska at the beginning. The service was slightly disorganized, looking confused as to what was going on, but for the most part great place!
