Alanya Quad and Buggy Safari Adventure

Everything was well organized from hotel pickup to the safari. The staff were friendly, professional, and safety instructions were clear. The route was exciting with lots of fun and beautiful views. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for adventure in Alanya!

Absolutely disappointing experience. Avoid this company. This was one of the worst organised activities I have ever booked. From the start, the communication was extremely poor. The pick-up time was not made clear, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress before the activity even began. The safety standards were honestly shocking. The driving was extremely unstable and felt unsafe throughout the trip. The transport van was overcrowded, and there were no proper seatbelts available, which is completely unacceptable when transporting customers. Safety should be the number one priority, but this company clearly did not take it seriously. Several of the buggies had faults, showing a lack of proper maintenance and preparation. Even worse, the engine areas had no protection, creating a serious risk of burns if someone accidentally touched them while getting on or off. This is a major safety hazard that should have been addressed before allowing customers to use the vehicles. The pricing was also misleading. The prices shown on Viator for items such as balaclavas and sunglasses did not match the prices charged on-site, which felt dishonest and left a bad impression. Another major concern was the complete lack of checks regarding driving licences. Allowing people to operate these vehicles without properly verifying whether they are legally qualified to drive is extremely irresponsible and puts everyone at risk. Overall, this experience was poorly managed, unsafe, and not worth the money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company until they seriously improve their safety procedures, communication, equipment maintenance, and customer service.

The time for pick up was not clear and driving was very unstable and no safety in transport van (seatbelt) and overcrowded. Multiple buggy’s had faults and buggy’s engine had no protection and could easily burn your hand if you slipped. The prices on viator for balaclava and sunglasses were not the same when on site. No checks on if someone had a driving licence.

Where do I even begin! So I booked a buggy tour for my group which we are 5. The tour operator never confirmed a pick up time so at 1 pm on the day the tour operator called me and said that the driver was waiting outside however on Viator‘s app it said that pick up time was at 1:30. Anyway so my group and I quickly got ready so I decided to wait by the driver until the group was ready. The driver was visibly upset and frustrated that you had to wait on us but I tried to explain to him that we never knew what time to be there, but he just didn’t want to hear it. We ended up leaving at 1:15. Then we get to the state of the car the car itself, it looked absolutely awful just awful. It looked like it the seatbelts were hanging off. They weren’t there properly. The seats aren’t really properly. Everyone was kind of sliding. They had a group of I wanna say about 20 people in about a 15 seater car so children will on laps it was really it was really bad and then on top of that the driver picked up other people which was absolutely fine but then he decided to stop to have food. We didn’t arrive at the destination until 2:30 and it was supposed to be a 30 minute ride. Now we actually get to the tour so on the tour on the Viator app it states that the sunglasses or the coverings are €3 each that’s a lie that actually about 5 to €10 each depending on what you buy which again no real biggie should’ve been clearer. Now we are discussing with the tour operator and saying oh we individually had to know five individual buggy that’s what we ordered. They do not want to have our own individual buggy. They want us to kind of smoosh in together and have two buggies or even three buggies for the five of us and we’re like no that’s not what we paid for. We paid for five individual buggies so they call their boss to confirm, they confirm it’s five individual buggy so we get on our buggies and then we noticed that in our group, there’s three guys two girls, that basically all the women that were part of not only our group or part of the tour we’re not allowed to drive in their own individual buggies. All of a sudden they couldn’t drive and they had to sit with a guy which was a bit weird because I know how to drive in the UK. I have my license so I should be fine in a buggy. What are you talking about? But you know it is what it is didn’t wanna complain. The straw that broke the camels back was that all the safety and that you see on the pictures that they advertise is not there. THERE IS NO SAFETY NET. There’s no metal covering over any of the buggies engine maybe for the quad bikes I don’t know but none of the buggies. So someone within my group actually was able to burn their hand due to the engine not being covered. To the extent that we had to go hospital after the tour because no one was willing to take us from the tour directly to the hospital while there and they allowed him to continue driving even after he burnt his hand. And wanted to discuss insurance rather than give him water or any ice that kind of cool the burn or anything. For them there was no emergency it was always all the insurance insurance, insurance where that shouldn’t be the priority. The priority should be keeping PEOPLE SAFE on your tour but that wasn’t it so we ended up going to hospital after the fact and they even said that we should’ve came earlier. I would never book this tour again like I’m very disappointed with them because we booked previously another tour earlier, which was perfectly fine, so I don’t understand what the mishap was. I would also like to point out that I tried to get a refund from the Viator app and Harley the tour operator refused to give me a refund. So if you like being in harms way or no health and safety then book away but otherwise if you prioritise your health and safety not only for friends family kids you know children DO NOT BOOK THIS.

The quad and buggy safari tour was truly a lot of fun. The water crossings and muddy tracks along the route made the experience full of adrenaline. Be ready to get wet and muddythat’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. The transfer was on time and the organization was very well managed. The team was attentive, and the safety briefing before the tour was clear and sufficient. It’s an activity that even first timers can easily join. If you’re looking for an exciting adventure in nature, full of water and mud, you should definitely try this in Alanya. Highly recommended,don’t miss it if you’re looking for action:)))))

This was one of the most exciting experiences we had in Alanya! The Quad and Buggy Safari was full of adrenaline, fun, and beautiful nature. Driving through the dusty off-road trails, forest paths, and even through the river was an incredible adventure. Riding the quad inside the water and splashing through the stream made the experience even more fun and unforgettable The whole tour was very well organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure everyone felt safe while still having a lot of fun. The atmosphere was great and the mountain scenery was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for an adventurous activity in Alanya, this tour is definitely a must do. Highly recommended and absolutely deserves 5 stars
