It was a good tour with nice and professional guide Kaan who gave us a lot of information and history facts about the location and the places we visited. Would recommend this tour and a guide for anyone who’s planning to visit this place. Also worth to mention a journey is very long and lot of time spent in a bus and last but not least entrance fee is 30€ to enter Pamukkale
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
Pamukkale was absolutely breathtaking, like stepping into another world. The thermal pools and ancient ruins were unforgettable. Huge thanks to our incredible tour guide Kaan, whose knowledge, kindness, and humor made the experience even more special

Stunning white landscape! A world Heritage. But the country’s complex geographical distances makes it a bit tiresome to Pamukkale, 2:30am I had a pick up from Alanya hotel taken us six hours plus. Have a thorough research on how to get there with a minimum effort. viz - a hotel as near as possible.

Very nice visit, the salda lake is beautiful and pamukale and hierapolis also very beautiful. Our guide was great. A small downside, we stopped twice at traders and I find it a shame knowing that we only have 2 hours visit to pumakale. We could have enjoyed another 1 hour on site. Pukamale, armored c. We could not take advantage to swim in the limestone travertines. The meals were buffet style, it was simple but good. I recommend
Merci pour votre avis. Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt.

Our trip was organised by Eric and our guide was Kaan. We were picked up super early from right outside our hotel in Alanya which made everything really easy for us and meant we got to Pamukkale with plenty of time. Our trip went as follows: - We were picked up from our hotel and got some sleep 😌 as we drove round picking up everyone else - We were then transferred into a bigger coach at a meeting point where we met Kaan and he ran us through the plans for the day - We stopped for a quick breakfast (not included in price) - We stopped for a spontaneous wine tasting where we got to try locally made wines and Turkish delight! - We then had a couple more quick breaks to use facilities on the way to Pamukkale (unfortunately we didn’t get to go to Lake Salda as it was closed for the season) - When we got to Pamukkale, Kaan gave us some information and history lessons before advising us of the best way to divide our time between the springs, ruins and Roman bath. - We all met back at the coach and began our journey home which was pretty much as the same as the journey there. We stopped for a late lunch which was included in our package and then were brought home safely ☺️ Overall, we had a lovely (if slightly exhausting 😂) day, we were made to feel very safe and looked after throughout and would definitely recommend! Just bear in mind that some of the info on what the price covers isn’t 100% accurate, but if your main goal is getting out and about and experiencing a bit of history then you’ll love it anyway.

Everything was fine. The bus stopps often so u can buy food, water, etc. The Tourguide Apo was very friendly and always looked after us so no one got lost. Pamukkale was very beautiful but there were a lot of other Tourists and the Water was warm, wich is nice when it would be cold but not in the summer. But all in all it was a very good Tour. 5 Stars.

First of all we had already paid for the trip in full, in the description for the trip it said the entry into Pamukkale was included, on the coach there we were told that we had to pay a further fee of 30 euros each for entry as this is the fee the government ask for. Also the breakfast and lunch that was offered was absolutely ridiculous, the breakfast wasn’t as bad as lunch, the place we was taken to lunch was also a buffet place but all the food was open and had flies buzzing around the food, bread was stale as it wasn’t covered. When we asked about the trip to salda lake the guide told us we weren’t going as the lake was closed because the government was fixing it, instead we was taken to a winery where they tried to sell a bottle of wine for €20, and other really expensive items. When I contacted viator for a refund on the trip I was told they couldn’t refund. But the description of the trip and what we actually got is definitely wrongful advertising. I will never be booking a trip on viator again and I would definitely recommend not taking this excursion.
The description literally says "entrance fee to Pamukkale and insurance, included within the tour price." But that is not correct we had to pay 1100 liras each (33 usd). Additionally there was no visit to Salda Lake. There were others in our group who were also complaining that it wasn't just us that were given incorrect information
