The agent forgot to pick 3 of us up from the hotel so we didn’t join the pre-paid tour. They also refused to give a refund, in fact they just blocked me on WhatsApp. I’m extremely disappointed and furious!
It was a best experience for me to see the beautiful city of alanya the guide has been perfect to explain us about the history and seeing the town with cable car was a wow! view I do recommend highly to everyone for see the beautiful area thanks for your hospitality
