During Marmaris Akyaka tour will visit ancient tombs dating back to the Hellenistic period, stop at “the lovers road” and go on a short river boat trip and will have free time in Akyaka. On the way to Akyaka our first stop will be “lovers road” to take some great photos of this beautiful road. Eucalyptus trees grow on both sides of the road which makes the scenery romantic. Another interesting spot on the way for a short picture break will be the rock-cut tomb dated to the Hellenistic times. Your guide will give all the necessary information about the ancient remains. The most popular activity during this tour is a boat trip on the Azmak River. After a journey in Akyaka, the bus will take you to Yuvarlakcay. By the side of this river, you will spend a few hours as you like. In this case, be sure to bring your swimsuit and towel. There are many restaurants by the river in Yuvarlakcay, and you will take a lunch break there.

During the morning, a comfortable vehicle will pick you up from your place of accommodation.
We set off from Marmaris for our first stopover. Our First Trip is approximately 30 minutes.
The first stop is Lover’s Road that is known to make individuals fall in love with each other on the spot! Head-over-heels over or not, you will make the walk to the Royal Tomb built upon architectural rock before reaching the canal boat.
This full day excursion invited you, also, to unfold the area’s ancient history. More precisely, you will visit some rock-cut graves, that are about to impress you with their construction and history. After an ultra-relaxing and interesting river cruise in Akyaka, the bus will drive you towards Yuvarlak Cay. At this river-side area, you will spend few hours as you wish. Hence, take advantage of the time to explore the beautiful surroundings, and make sure that you will snap some photos. If you want, you may enter the river and swim. In this case, make sure that you will bring your swimsuit and towel.
At the end of the day, we will take you back to your hotel.

First of all, the driver was on time. The provider has chartered a much too small bus, which meant that people almost fought for a seat. We had just been briskly taken away from the seat so we could not sit with our daughter. The guide named Sonny was babbling so much trash that we were literally bleeding our ears. Without period and comma... Has claimed, for example, that goats drink seawater. We had to listen to that kind of junk. Also such things that a pollen allergy sufferer cannot eat honey. You shouldn't let that go on tourists. Further, the guide did not notice that he had lost 6 people in his race. The organizer it was a few lira too much to park the bus directly at the ship so to ensure that all could see this single highlight. You were just driven from one spot to another... So now you have free time... We'll be back in an hour. Put in the middle of nowhere. It doesn't matter what he buys his children or how female breasts should be treated. Seriously I wanted to write everything in peace but this "excursion" tops everything bad. Just keep your hands off this.

The best part of this trip was the first part at the Akyaya Azmak River… The river trip was just beautiful although way too short ( 25mins ). The second part was not so good … The venue was a complete tourist trap, way too many people enlisted in a small space. The food was mediocre ( although you don’t do these trips for the food ) The waiters were serving plates of chips ( cold btw ) for an extra charge … I thought this outrageous! In my opinion this should have been a half day tour .

The river is short. The tour was also short-lived. I wish we could sail a little. The river is not that big. but it is nice to sit and watch where the river and the sea meet. Just seeing it once is enough. a different nature

Every 15 minutes short 20 minutes boat tours in the akyaka center. Azmak river is in the center of Akyaka. Micro climate surrounding and river water iş turquaz colour transparancy ,l can advice the boat tour ,very cheap and nice to do
