- Our massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist.
- You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the booking process. However due to differences on charges additional charge 50 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of our standard basis
- In all our sessions, we include 10’ mins to undress to redress shower and client consultation
- Pregnant women and guests with active cancer can only have the Rejuvance Face massage.
- Valuables: the spa cannot be held responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or any other valuable possession belonging to the guests. Please leave them in your hotel or at Zen Spa's safe. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
- We ask that you arrive at least 15' minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Not recommended for travelers with active cancer

A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The 90-minute couples massage was exceptional — a perfect balance of gentle and deep pressure that helped us completely unwind. The ambiance was calm and soothing, with soft music and a peaceful setting that made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Teo and his team were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. After the massage, Teo kindly gave us great suggestions for beaches and activities to explore around Santorini. We left feeling refreshed and fully relaxed. The massage was amazing, something really out of this world. I did the massage with my girlfriend and they really treat us like prince and princess.
