The were Very efficient and fast. I didn’t have to wait long. They were right where they said they would be when we arrived.
After we waited nearly an hour, the van never showed up. The rep said that the van was still “far away” and recommended that we take a taxi (which was cheaper, by the way).
I do not agree with your comment since your reservation was at one time and the passengers arrived on different flights at different times You were told that you would be assigned a new car and you did not want to wait. The car was waiting for them for more than 2 hours and the waiting time was 45 minutes. We were waiting for them at the time indicated in the reservation and we do not agree with their ill-intentioned comment.
They did have the car seat we ordered but no AC for the passengers. Van was old not like the picture showed when set up the transportation.

Took 20 minutes to find our rep when landing in Cabo, then an additional 45 minutes waiting for our “private “ van to arrive, totally inexcusable.

The wait time after you contacted our representative was 17 minutes and you arrived at a different time than what you stated in your reservation. Our goal is to always provide the best service. Driver was awesome!!! When I booked I requested a van did not get the van ended up with a suburban that was in poor running condition… I was told we would have water and beer on board that was not on board… I was also told we would have Wi-Fi that was not available either… I also sent an email about these problems with no response. Only positive was our driver was awesome

Transportation company found us in a crowded airport despite our flight being 3 hours late. Driver was friendly and professional.
We booked round trip transportation from airport. We waited at least an hour for car at the airport then no one showed up to take us to the airport and customer service left it up to us to figure out. Horrible service and guess what, it’s cheaper to get a taxi at the airport. $65 vs $80 they charge. Never again
The transportation I scheduled at Los Cabos never arrived. I got a round trip package. The guy was very rude at the phone when I reached him, I lost my time an money. His name is Max Zazueta, terrible service.
We landed and waited over an hour for our ride. They said beers and waters were included and they weren’t. They tired to upsell us and it was annoying.
