Airport /Hotel Transfer Norman Manley airport and Montego bay

The driver was very punctual. Was there as soon as we arrive. Very professional. He was also helpful with our bags. I definitely would recommend him.

They never showed up to get me at the airport. It was prepaid so I had to come out of my pocket for alternate ride

I came out of Norman Manley airport to find no one waiting for me! When I rang the contact number it went to voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me. I received a WhatsApp advising the driver had left after 45mins, my card would be refunded and apologising. I was unaware of a wait time of 45 mins and that the driver would leave without a phone call or message. I had to insist they did not leave me stranded at the airport as travellers have no control over passport control etc. Thankfully the situation was resolved with them arranging an Uber to collect me. Although I was initially disappointed at their actions the situation was remedied favourably.

I had a confirmed pick up for 9 :30 AM on 03/09/25 from the Court Yard by Marriott in New Kingston . I have been ready and waiting since 9:15 Am. in the lobby . At 10AM ,when I did not see anyone coming to pick me up, I sent a text to the number I was texting on Friday when I arrived in Jamaica and was informed that someone was on their way to pick me up. I waited another 10 mins and no one showed up, I followed up again and asked what time the person will be arriving and was then informed the person had mechanical issues. I almost missed my flight to Fort Lauderdale and had to find alternative means of getting to the airport . This level of customer service is unacceptable and I would appreciate a refund for me not getting the ride I had originally paid for

Shuttle not available upon arrival. Service was not provided. Had to book another taxi on site. A waste of money. Booking online was a bad idea. Customers should be informed that shuttles are far in between. The next shuttle was more than one hour and a half away. Plenty of taxis available at Arrivals.

Melody was a pleasure to ride with. She was polite and friendly and is very knowledgeable about the island and the area. She also avoided all the pot holes, which was appreciated lol.

No one turn up at the airport, even though I confirmed with the company the day before my arrival details. My friend contacted them and they sent an Uber driver at their expense.

Our driver was Cleavon, he was very knowledgeable and provided history of the areas we were driving through on the way to our resort.

Mountains and fog. Difference from Kingston and ochos. Site seeing was nice. Different life styles of living

So first of all dont go by the picture, that wont be the vehicle you are in. In fact, car I was driven in had bondo on it. If you dont care about the car, the drivers are very friendly and drive well. Both the pick up at the airport and the pick up at the hotel were late. The airport pick up, the driver expected me to have checked luggage and have to clear customs which usually takes awhile. Don't expect the driver to be standing out there with a sign with your name on it. The ride to the airport, I asked for a 6AM pick up time, at 6:15 I called the number and was told the driver was 5 minutes out. I would use them again, although plan for an earlier pick up time and message tour operator if you don't have luggage.
