Each reservation corresponds to a transfer, Wait for your car leaving the main door of the airport on the street on your right. Or in the lobby of your hotel at the agreed time Directions: If you leave from your hotel we will find you in the lobby at the set time. If leaving from the airport, we will NOT wait for you inside the airport with a sign. Contact us at the phone with a whatsapp text at the end of your migration procedures and then collect your luggage. (The airport offers free Wi-Fi service) Please indicate your reservation name upon reservation and you will receive instructions on how to identify your car. Wait in the street on your right when leaving the airport. The maximum waiting time for the car in this sector is 5 minutes per airport regulations, so if the driver can not find you, the driver must leave the airport to re-enter, wait in the indicated sector. In case of losing your luggage or any inconvenience that leads you to exceed the waiting time of 1 hour after landing send us a whatsapp text and we will wait for you, this may generate extra costs for waiting.

I wish there was an option for the driver to meet me in the terminal with a sign with my name and then escort me to the car. I would have paid extra for such a service and there were other providers who had this additional service available.

However, this service is not included in the transfer you booked and is listed as an exclusion in the booking details. Our standard airport transfer service operates from the designated pickup area outside the terminal, as described in the reservation information provided before travel. For guests who prefer an inside-terminal Meet & Greet service, we are happy to arrange it upon request for an additional fee, although Viator does not currently provide us with a way to offer this option directly during the booking process. The car that they picked us up in was very, very clean with an extremely nice driver. Larger car than normal, but read the fine print! We booked a party of four, but way, way down in the reservation it said that you could only have three pieces of luggage. The car could not hold us and our friends had to book a separate taxi. This was very inconvenient. Make sure you read the detail! It makes no sense to book for a party of four with only three pieces of luggage, but other than that, we were very pleased with the service.

For our return trip to the airport we booked on line. We had the same driver that we had on our trip from the Airport (MVD) to the Hotel (IBIS Styles Montevideo). He was right on time, assisted us with our bags and was very pleasant. It was rather early in the morning so there wasn't much conversation as well as the fact that we don't speak Spanish. He was polite and a gentleman. Definitely recommend this service. Communication with driveme gave us assurance.
Our transport was booked on the phone as opposed to the website only because I needed to confirm the drop off location. The customer service was quite helpful and able to get us sorted well
