Contact with trocals was uncomplicated and customer-friendly. the pricing is really fair and I was also asked about my well-being during the trip. My driver Pankaj picked me up on time. the car was clean, had a good AC and got a cooling box with water and coke. Pankaj is an excellent driver. he drives with foresight, gently and very safely. he is also friendly and generous. the same goes for my guide Asif. he has a very pleasant manner and a huge amount of knowledge. I could have listened to him for hours. In summary, I have to say that all of my expectations were exceeded.

Great communication + suggestions + ideas. If you think you can pull off Taj Mahal on your own, I highly suggest you rethink this and hire a local guide to give you a more memorable experience. I cannot recommend this company enough. At the very last minute, Ritik was extremely reactive and organised a tour tailored to my needs for 2 days in Agra. The pacing of it was perfect. He made me very confortable, especially since I'm a female solo traveler. He and the people he works with are incredibly friendly. I feel like I have a much better understanding of Agra and its history and arts. My guide was also absolutely fantastic, and had the answers to all my questions about this city's wonderful history.
