From the very first moment of the pickup until the breathtaking flight itself, everything was absolutely perfect. The entire experience was exceptionally well organized, and the staff made us feel welcome with their genuine kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. As the balloon gently lifted into the sky, we were treated to the most spectacular view imaginable. I have never seen anything more beautiful than the endless sky, the soft clouds, and the unforgettable sunrise painting the horizon with incredible colors. It was a magical moment that will stay in my heart forever. After the flight, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that was prepared with so much love and attention to detail. It was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable experience. Receiving the flight certificate was a wonderful final touch and a lovely keepsake to remember this extraordinary adventure. Best day out. Flew above the clouds to greet the sun in the safe hands of Omar and then returned to a beautiful breakfast at their base before being driven to our hotel by Omar. Thank you to Omar, his cousin, his lovely mum and aunt for taking care of us all and making us all so welcome.
