This was such a lovely experience. The guys are very flexible of where you need picking up from within Agadir. The experience was about 3-4hrs total. Sandboarding was the one to die for, ATV views were something else entirely. Best time of my life. communication was brilliant throughout
The excursion was booked and paid for directly through TUI. On the scheduled date, the pickup did not arrive, and as a result the excursion did not take place. With no explanation, warning and/or sense of urgency from any party. Following this failure, I contacted three separate TUI representatives, including a local TUI Area Manager. In each instance, I was informed that responsibility lay with a third-party provider and that the entire responsibility and onus for resolving the matter and obtaining a refund rested with me. At no point during these interactions did any of the three TUI employees offer an apology, express regret, or acknowledge the failure to deliver the service. No assistance, resolution, or refund was offered. Instead, responsibility for TUI’s failure to deliver the contracted service was explicitly and repeatedly transferred to me as the customer. The lack of customer service and customer care throughout this process has been evident. Rather than being treated as paying guests, we were made to feel like an inconvenience, simply for expecting the service we had paid for to be delivered or appropriately resolved. TUI's continue response was it rested with me to resolve - no apology, a refund eventually that I had to chase for - a stressful last day of a holiday than could have been so different. I was so excited to go on this excursion and I did everything I was supposed to - but it didn't happen and apparently it's just one of those things. Put simply, useless!

We are an independent local provider and do not manage TUI’s bookings, payments, or customer service procedures. We fully understand how disappointing it must have been for your pickup not to arrive, especially when you were looking forward to the experience. However, as the booking was handled entirely by TUI, any scheduling, communication, or refund matters are managed through them. We always strive to provide excellent service to guests who book directly with us, and we take our reputation very seriously. It is therefore disappointing to receive a 1-star review for a situation that was not under our control. If you would like to experience the excursion directly with us in the future, we would be more than happy to personally ensure everything runs smoothly for you.
The tour was really beautiful. The driver even took the initiative regularly and took photos of us, which became very good. Everything was super organized. We were picked up from the hotel and taken safely to the activity. In the beginning we drove an easy route to get to know the vehicle. The scenery is really breathtaking and the trip is definitely worth the money.

The Best Quad Biking Experience and sable in Agadir Safe, Fun, and Unforgettable I have tried a few desert activities in Morocco before, but this quad biking and sandboarding tour in Agadir really stood out. From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth and well-organized. The team was incredibly professional and made sure we felt safe and confident before we began the ride. The quad bikes were in excellent condition, and the route through the dunes gave us amazing views and a real sense of adventure. It wasn’t rushed at all ,we had time to enjoy the landscape, take pictures, and even try sandboarding, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. What really made the difference was the attention to detail: safety came first, but the guides also made sure everyone was having a good time. Easy to organise and flexible, Mohamed was helpful and friendly ensuring we were picked up on time and dropped off no issues with a good vehicle to transfer us. The experience was everything and more than expected, the Quad bikes safe and well looked after. Our guide was Hassan who was super nice and understanding off each persons abilities. He went out of his way to take photos of us and also helped and assisted with the dune surfing. Great views of the ocean and sand dunes made this truly memorable.

My wife and I had a great time on the quads and sand boarding. We thought a whole trip of one or the other would be too much, so having both on one trip was ideal! Although I didn't have chicken and chips whilst there, the guides were very helpful! Some tasty tea at the end as well.

The 2 guys that accompanied us were really lovely and the quad bike was fun. The sunboarding was a bit quick and the dune not too high, but this made it also quite easy and fun. Beautiful landscape on the ocean. Highly recommended
Had the most amazing experience quad biking with a break of sand boarding and tea to complete the trip. the most beautiful views and the team are so friendly and lovely which made the exhilarating experience even better. Definitely recommend and will be coming back when we visit agadir next.
