Our Guide will meet you at the source of the Puebla Zocalo, where he will later transfer you to the park. Arriving at Africam Safari start the tour in the enclosure where they will enter the van to territories where the animals are located is semi-freedom, the guide will be explaining all the animals , histories and territories . You will meet more than 2500 animals from 300 different species from all over the world, you can go along the African paths and discover animals such as: Giraffes, African elephants, Lions, Flamingos, Rhinos and more.. At the end you will enter territories where on foot you will meet more animals , and have access to restaurants , the guide will provide schedules to return to the unit and finish the day again in the plinth. Africam safari offers different activities that you can enjoy both small and adult.

It was excellent, meeting point was change due to city not allowing parking where they used to be but now its right next to the cathedral, some members of our party were a little late and the driver waited for us with no problem, he also took us to a store to grab some snack for the trip. the tour ended a little bit earlier which was fine by us we do walk fast, the tour guide which was the driver was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions plus more about the animals, facility and history of Africam Safari
Lightyears beyond what I could have expected. Really cool park, surprisingly good food and interesting souvenirs. Tons of optional interactions you can pay for - we'll definitely go back with a more organized plan to decide which of those experiences we want to pay for. Truly a joyful experience for all ages and such a diverse group of absolutely well cared for animals.

Very good service, punctual, flexible to adjust the times of the tour and be able to take 2 of the exclusive experiences of the park. Good explanation and talk during the tour from the city of Puebla.
We loved the tour, the guide knew a lot about all the animals and was very attentive, he explained details that normally would not know when doing the tour alone, we took the private tour and it was worth it
