Good morning, I am writing to warn you that what you have booked and paid for absolutely does not respect the service you have described. You talked about 60 min in quad.. which took 25 min. Had to be the camel, tour duration 1/2 minutes maximum It was clearly written that sandboarding was planned and they did not let us do this experience. Instead, I emphasize the kindness of the boy who took us to the desert. Definitely disappointed with the service and service completely different from what was proposed. I expect explanations.
