Fleeing the agency Quebrada Turismo, oblivious, disrespectful and dishonest. Unable to handle the unexpected. More details and photos if needed. The agency makes Viator responsible when they are solely responsible for the terrible and dangerous day we spent, do not want to hear anything about a refund of that day, nor compensation for the lost day.
