You will have at least 8 places to sample snacks and/or drinks along the way. Water will also be provided. We will provide a standard portion size, and it’s up to you if you choose to eat less. Following this, you will be able to have a full local lunch - all unfamiliar dishes will be explained by your guide. You’ll have plenty to eat and drink and certainly leave satisfied. Please come hungry and have a light/no breakfast to full enjoy the experience You only need to bring casual shoes as the tour will be entirely on foot and will involve a lot of walking. Our tours depart rain or shine; if rain is forecast you might like to bring an umbrella for unexpected showers.

Our guide will greet you at the meeting point, from there you will walk to Makola market and have food samples of street food, snacks and drinks. Then you will head to a local restaurant for a full traditional Ghanaian lunch.
