Our tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi was planned by Mr. Gaurav Takiyani from Efficient tourism. Have done this with food in the atmosphere restaurant and is definitely recommended, good food and beautiful view. If you eat there, the price of entrance is included. Food is not cheap but once in a life time

By going up at 8.45am there were no queues going up and I got unrestricted views at the top, and didn’t wait to come down either. Definitely something to do if in Dubai! I have heard that if you go after 11am there can be 4 hour queues!
